Object: Shopping center (second stage) in block 142 of Yakutsk.

In the design task for the development of the air heating system from heat generators (fuel - natural gas), it is necessary to include the data given in Table 1.

This project is based on the design assignment, architectural and construction drawings with the following recommendations:

SNiP 41012003 - "Heating, ventilation and air conditioning";

SNiP 2.08.0289 * - "Public buildings and structures";

Manual for SNiP 2.08.0289 * - "Design of retail enterprises";

SNiP 230199 - "Construction climatology."

Outside air design parameters:

tnar = (54) ° С - cold period (parameters "B")

Design parameters of indoor air in cold period:

tvn = 15 ° С - during working hours of the shopping center;

tvn = 10 ° С - off-duty heating;

tvn = 12 °C - in an emergency.

The heating period is 256 days.

The average outside air temperature for the heating period (- 20.6) ° С.

The degree-day of the heating period is 10650 ° С· day.

Heat source - heat generators; fuel - natural gas.

Intermediate coolant - air with temperature not more than 40 ° С.

Internal wiring of the air heating system on floors with connection of air ducts to heat generators is performed in the design. Heat generators are located in the attached engineering unit on the ground floor.

Systems P1, P2 - plenum systems of the premises of the shopping center, connected by a common air duct on the side of fan discharge. The damper installed in this duct is in the open position when one of the fans is not working, or the power of one heat generator for heating and ventilation is enough. Bypass line is intended for heat generator, normal operation of which is limited by minimum air flow through it. The shutter on the bypass line is in the "open" position - when two heat generators work; in "closed" position - when one heat generator operates.

Systems B1, B2 - exhaust systems of the premises of the shopping center. Solving the problem of equipment unification, on the suction side the fans are connected by a common air duct, in which a shutter is installed.

Systems B3, B4, B5 - exhaust systems of bathrooms, respectively of the 1st, 2nd, 3rd floors. Fans are equipped with five-stage speed controllers.

Air enters the bathrooms through a gap between the doors and the floor of 20 mm (8 doors each on the floor).

U1, U2, U3, U4, U5, U6 systems are air electric veils with the control panel and the on-off thermostat.

BE1, BE2 are the natural exhaust systems of the engineering block for ensuring triple air exchange.

Outside of working hours, the air heating system operates at full recirculation, the UVC (insulated air valve) of the external and removed air are closed, the recirculation UVC is fully open.

The estimated amount of ventilation air is achieved by smooth regulation of the UVC of supply, removed and recirculation air.

The required temperature of the air entering the rooms is set at the heat generator.

To reduce infiltration, a pressure of 10% was adopted.

Throttle valves on branches are installed for adjustment and adjustment of systems.

Air distributors (diffusers, grilles, anemostats) are accepted as adjustable. Air from staircases enters the corridors through overflow grates, which are installed below the level of the suspended ceiling.

Air ducts are laid in suspended ceiling. Air ducts in which moisture condensation is possible are laid with a slope of 0.01 and are heat insulated by non-combustible mineral wool f. "RockWool" 20 mm thick (sections of air ducts to the air-heating unit "Teplove250" and air ducts outside the building). All air ducts are made of galvanized steel.

Air ducts from fire retardant valves to fire barriers shall be plastered with grout δ = 50mm.

Installation, testing and adjustment of systems is performed in accordance with

SNiP 3.05.0185 "Internal sanitary and technical systems."

Job for Builders

1,2 - opening 1200x1400 (h) in the enclosure for installation of plenum grille and air insulated valve

3 - opening 500x350 (h) in the fence for installation of the plenum grille

4,5,6,7 - opening 800x800 in fence for passage of air ducts and installation of fire-retarding valves

8 - opening in floor 1000x600 for exhaust duct outlet

9, 10 - an opening in the floor d350 for the outlet of exhaust ducts.

Provide engineering unit with insulated recirculation chamber. The air temperature in the chamber is 54 ° С. In engineering unit + 15 ° С.

Provide foundations for equipment (2 pcs.). Load on each foundation 345 kg/m ² .
