Introduction

All cylindrical gears have an undeniable advantage, they use cylindrical gears that have the smallest dimensions and mass of all mechanical gears.

Such gearboxes are characterized by a low loss factor, high load capacity and efficiency, a wide range of capacities. That is why they have been widely used in all branches of modern industry and are implemented in various configurations: single-stage, two-stage deployed, bifurcated and coaxial circuit, three-stage deployed and bifurcated circuit. Use of slow-moving stage with internal engagement is possible in coaxial reduction gear. For general industrial use, in the design of the reduction gear, it is possible to vary the mutual position of the output shafts, while, in the same housing, by selecting gear pairs, different gear ratios can be obtained. Design variants, carried out without changing the housing and gear ratio, are called the design of the gearbox.

In the process of working on the course design, according to the initial data, called the terms of reference, they figured out the kinematics of the designed mechanism, assigned an electric motor 4A132 M8UZ with a power of 5.5 kW, assigned material for cylindrical gears and shafts, made the necessary calculations of parts according to various criteria of their operability, selected for chain transmission chain PZ131,75286129 GOST 1355281. For our reduction gear, thrust-radial single-row ball bearings of the heavy series were chosen. Also, flexible bushing sleeve MUVP 125201 GOST 2142493 was selected. Industrial oil I70A was chosen as lubricant.

Lubricant Selection

Since the circumferential speed of the gear is not more than 5 m/s and is V = 2.1 m/s, industrial oil I70A is suitable for my reduction gear.
