LIST OF SOURCES USED
INTRODUCTION.
In the modern world, various drive designs are widely used. A drive is an electric power device that drives a machine or mechanism. Drive consists of power source, transmission mechanism and control equipment. The source of energy is a motor (thermal, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, etc.) or a device that gives back previously stored energy (spring, inetization, weight mechanism, etc.).
The main requirements for the created drive are:
High performance.
Reliability.
Processability.
Repairability.
Minimum dimensions and weight.
Ease of use.
Cost-effectiveness.
Technical aesthetics.
All these requirements must be taken into account in the design process.
When calculating, designing and manufacturing, state standards (GOST), industry standards (OSTS), enterprise standards (STP) must be strictly observed. The basis of reliability is laid down in the design of the product, when choosing optimal design options.
To drive a certain machine, a reduction gear is designed according to a given load (torque on the output shaft) and gear ratio without specifying a specific purpose. The purpose of the reduction gear is to reduce the angular velocity and, accordingly, increase the torque of the driven shaft compared to the driving one (Mechanisms for increasing the angular velocity, made in the form of separate units, are called planetary mechanisms or multipliers).
A reduction gear is a mechanism consisting of gear or worm gears, made in the form of a separate unit and serving to transfer rotation from the shaft of the engine to the shaft of the working machine. The kinematic drive circuit may include, in addition to the gearbox, open gears, chain or belt gears.
Gearboxes are divided by the following features: by type of transmission - into toothed, worm or toothed; by the number of stages - to single-stage (when the transmission is carried out by one pair of wheels), two-, three- or multi-stage; by type of gears - on cylindrical, conical, or conical cylindrical;
by the location of the reduction gear shafts in space - on horizontal, vertical, inclined;
according to peculiarities of kinematic scheme - on unfolded, coaxial, coaxial with bifurcated stage.
The purpose of course design is to systematize, consolidate, expand theoretical knowledge, as well as develop calculation and graphic skills,
1. DESCRIPTIVE PART
1.1 Belt conveyor
Belt conveyor is continuous transporting device with working member in the form of belt.
The belt conveyor is the most common type of transporting machine, it serves to move bulk or piece loads. It is used in industrial industries, in mines and mines, in agriculture. Depending on the properties and nature of the load to be moved, the inclination angle of the working side of the belt can be set to 90 °.
Often, the conveyor belt is one part of the conveying device. For example, a grain loader used on a mechanized current to collect grain mass from the site has brush scrapers, then the grain is raised by noria and falls on a belt conveyor that throws grain into the body of a truck.
Belt conveyors are mobile, portable, rotary and stationary. Stationary machines are used to move a large amount of materials at a distance of 3 to 300 m, and mobile and portable machines for moving a small amount of material at a distance of 2 to 20 m. In practice, sequentially arranged conveyors are used to move the material tens of kilometers.
1.2 Conical gearbox
A gearbox (conical) is a mechanism that converts a high angular speed of rotation of the input shaft to a low speed on the output shaft. At the same time torque on output shaft increases proportionally to decrease of rotation speed.
The reducer (conical) consists of a housing, in which gear wheels, shafts, shaft bearings, their lubrication systems, etc. are located. The presence of the housing provides safety, good lubrication and therefore high efficiency, in comparison with, for example, open gears.
CONCLUSION
In the course design, the design of a single-stage conical reduction gear was considered, calculations of chain transmission, shafts, wheel, reduction gear case were made ,
All calculations turned out to be satisfactory. According to the design data, the gearbox assembly drawing. The graphic part is made in accordance with the requirements of the ESKD.
Calculations of the main units and parts of the reduction gear box were made:
- design and check calculations of gear train, with preliminary selection of wheels;
- calculation of shaft load;
- calculation of bending and torques of shafts;
- design, and then verification (refined) calculation of shafts;
- preselection of biting bearings, and then their check for durability.
