Source Data

General plan of the city district 1:5000

Climatic district: Nizhny Novgorod city

Population density: 200chel-Ha

Gas supply coverage:

Household needs are 100%, and they are:

Gas stoves 10%

Gas plates and flow water heaters 40%

Gas stoves and central hot water supply 50%

Utilities and institutions:

Heating, ventilation and hot water supply of residential and public buildings 90%

Industrial fuel consumption 6000m3/h

Natural gas with Q _ С ^ N = 37000kJ/m ^ 3

Nominal gas pressure upstream of instruments 2kPa

GRP cost 4000 * K, RUB

5-storey house.

5.2 selection of safety valves

Two safety valves are installed in the FRG: one - shut-off; the other is reset. Shut-off valve is installed upstream of regulator and adjusted for maximum permissible increase and permissible decrease of gas pressure downstream regulator. The shut-off valve is intended for automatic shutdown of gas supply upstream the regulator in case of sharp increase or decrease of gas pressure downstream the regulator above the set limits.

The relief valve is designed to prevent the operation of the shut-off valve with a slight increase in gas pressure downstream the regulator. The vent valve is adjusted so that it begins to vent gas into the atmosphere at a pressure in the gas line exceeding a predetermined pressure, but that this vent pressure is lower than the pressure to which the vent valve is adjusted.

We accept for GRP1 and for GRP2 according to [7, p. 44, Annex 9 ]:

- shut-off valve PKN-50

- GP-40 discharge valve
