Working documentation provides for:

2. Description and geotechnical characteristics of the route.

The gas pipeline route was selected in accordance with the requirements of SNiP 2.07.0189 * "Urban planning. Planning and development of urban and rural settlements. "

The working documentation was developed in accordance with the requirements of SNiP 42012002 "Gas Distribution Systems," PB 1252903 "Safety Rules for Gas Distribution and Gas Consumption Systems" and the requirements of interested organizations: landowners and owners of engineering communications laid along the strip diverted for the gas pipeline.

When developing documentation, the provisions of the rules of SP 421012003 "General provisions for the design and construction of gas distribution systems from metal and polyethylene pipes," SP 421022004 "Design and construction of gas pipelines from metal pipes," SP 421032003 "Design and construction of gas pipelines from polyethylene pipes and reconstruction of worn out gas pipelines" are taken into account.

Along the gas pipeline route, soils prevail - loam. The depth of seasonal freezing of loam is 1.4m.

3. Protection Section

Designed underground gas pipelines are made of polyethylene pipes GOST R 5083895 *, which are not corrosive to soils. However, at the crossings of polyethylene steel, it is required to completely replace existing soils with sand to the entire depth of the trench.

In accordance with SNIP, electrochemical protection of steel inserts with a length of not more than 10 meters on polyethylene gas pipelines on linear sections and sections of connections of polyethylene gas pipelines with steel inputs to houses (if there are insulating connections at the input) is allowed not to be provided. At the same time, the backfilling of the trench in the part where the steel insert is located is replaced by sand along the entire length (item 4.31 of RD 15339.4-091-01).

Steel sections of permanent joints units and other steel tabs shall be covered with very reinforced insulation of underground gas pipelines as per GOST 9.60289. At the outlet of the gas pipeline from the ground, an insulating connection is established (LLC PKF Tekhnovek).

Cover the above-ground gas pipeline and metal structures of fasteners with oil paint in two layers or with water-resistant enamel on two layers of primer intended for external operations up to - 30 ° С. Paint the gas pipeline in yellow.

4. Civil engineering and emergency prevention activities

The construction and operation of the gas pipeline can only be carried out by personnel who have access to gas hazardous work, strictly comply with the safety instruction and rules for the production of gas hazardous work.

In the event of damage to the existing gas pipeline or detection of gas leakage during the work, all technical facilities must be stopped, the engines are plugged, and the personnel are removed from the place of work and located as far as possible from the windward side. The emergency dispatch service is immediately notified of the incident. Before her arrival, the work manager is obliged to take measures to prevent access to the scene of unauthorized persons, as well as measures to exclude the appearance of sources of open fire.

Work to prevent accidents or eliminate their consequences on gas pipelines can be carried out by the operating organization at any time of the year without coordination with the owners, owners or users of land plots, but with notification of their work,

It is recommended to prevent emergency situations at gas facilities.

If a suspicious object is discovered, immediately report the incident to law enforcement agencies by phone to the territorial unit of the FSB and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.

5. Environmental protection

Environmental protection measures must be carried out in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation on subsoil, land, protection of the animal world, atmospheric air, historical and cultural monuments, and the law on the protection of the natural environment.

After laying the gas pipeline, recultivate the construction strip, clean the areas contaminated with fuel and lubricants, construction and household waste.

When laying the pipeline with pipe sinks (in a trenchless way), technical reclamation of the construction strip is not carried out.

When filling the pipeline, move in oblique-longitudinal direction in order to narrow the bulldozer operation area.

The responsibility for compliance with the design solutions for environmental protection lies with the construction organization that conducts the gas pipeline laying.

7. Operation of gas facilities

Operation of gas facilities, maintenance, repair of gas pipelines and gas equipment shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the "Safety Rules for Gas Distribution and Gas Consumption Systems" PB 1252903, "Technical Operation Rules and Labor Safety Requirements in the Gas Industry of the Russian Federation," Federal Laws of the Russian Federation No. 116FZ, "General Rules for the Industrial Safety of Hazardous Production Facilities" registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation No. 3968 on November 28, 2002, as well as in accordance with the instructions of manufacturers and production instructions that ensure the safe conduct of work agreed with Rostekhnadzor. The organization operating a hazardous production facility must be licensed by Rostechnaozor for this type of work in the field of industrial safety and comply with the requirements of industrial safety in the scope above the specified Federal Law and the "General Rules of Industrial Safety for Organizations Operating in the Field of Industrial Safety of Hazardous Production Facilities," including:

Organize and carry out production control over compliance with industrial safety requirements;

Conclude a risk insurance contract for liability for causing harm during operation of a hazardous production facility,

Plan and implement measures to localize and eliminate the consequences of accidents;

Conclude a contract with a professional rescue service for maintenance or create its own;

Take measures to protect the life and health of workers in the event of an accident

The hazardous production facility shall be registered in the State Register in the prescribed manner.
