Explanatory Note

1. The project was carried out on the basis of technical specifications No. 92 of 14.07.2011 issued by the branch of Michurinsky Mezhnezraigaz of Tambovoblgaz OJSC, the requirements of the updated revision of SNiP 42012002 (SP 62.13330.2011), SP 421012003 and the "Safety Rules for gas distribution and gas consumption systems (PB 1252903), as well as technical generator."

2. Tie-in point - point "A" into the existing low-pressure gas pipeline Dy 25 mm inside residential building No. 4 on the street. Sovetskaya in the village. Zmeevka of the Pervomaisky district after a gas counting counter (the project was developed by Santekhgaz LLC GSV 559).

3. "And" to the gas generator to lay the designed elevated and internal low-pressure gas pipeline from a tie-in location of a point on the wall of the uninhabited building from water gas pipelines of Dy 20х2.5 and Dy 15х2.5 in accordance with GOST 326275 and to fix by means of the brackets executed on a normal of UKG 1.00 of the Martyr.

4. The disconnecting device shall be installed on the gas drop in front of the gas generator at a height of 1.5 m from ground level.

5. When passing through the wall of the house, the gas pipeline should be enclosed in the case according to the typical series 5.9057, normal UG52.

6. At gas pipeline crossing with open wiring the distance between them shall be at least 0.1 m, and at parallel laying - at least 0.4 m in accordance with PUE.

7. For the backup power supply of the house, it is provided to install a gas generator GG7200k in a noise protection casing in the courtyard of a residential building on an open site for protection from noise and atmospheric effects (country manufacturer - Russia).

8. The GG7200 gas generator has the following specifications:

- voltage - 220 V;

- rated output power (AC) - 4.8 kW;

- maximum output power (AC) - 5.5 kW;

- natural gas flow rate - 1.6 m3/h at full load;

- noise level - 78 dB

9. According to the manufacturer's technical passport, the generator must be placed on a flat horizontal surface at a distance of at least 1 meter between the operating generator and buildings (or other equipment).

The project was developed in accordance with the current design standards and provides for measures to ensure explosion and fire safety during the operation of the gas pipeline. The project meets the requirements of ecology and sanitary hygiene, ensuring safe operation of the facility for life and health.

10. Gas electric generators of the "G" series of the manufacturer Rusinzhgrupp LLC have a certificate of compliance No. ROSS RU.MSH07.N00370 and a permit for use No. RRS 0032204. These documents are attached to the project.

11. Removal of combustion products from the gas generator GG7200k installed in the open area is performed directly to the atmosphere.

12. The diameters of the existing and designed low-pressure gas pipeline were checked by hydraulic calculation. The calculation is attached to the project.

13. Welds on the above-ground and internal gas pipelines shall be made equal to the pipe base metal.

14. Installation of gas pipeline and installation of gas equipment shall be carried out in accordance with SP 62.13330.2011 and "Safety Rules for Gas Distribution and Gas Consumption Systems (PB 1252903)."

15. After installation and tests to paint the elevated and internal gas pipeline in two layers XB125 enamel on two layers of primer XC010 (enc. 15, Construction Norms and Regulations 2.03.1188).

16. The place of installation of the gas generator was chosen by the owner of the house: Sachkov V.D.

17. Construction and installation works shall be performed according to this project. In case of deviations from the project, coordinate them with the project organization, tel. (47545) 55827.
