Introduction

Brief description of the object

The working documentation provides for the equipment of automatic gas fire extinguishing units (AUGP) of premises: No. 204, 206, 305, 307, 513, 603, 619, 620, 708, 813 on floors 2 to 8 in the building of the State Public Scientific and Technical Library, located at: Moscow, 3rd Khoroshevskaya Street, possession 1719.

The working documentation is made on the basis of the Agreement No. APT.0812 dated April 4, 2012, in accordance with the requirements of fire, construction, hygienic and other norms and regulations in force on the territory of the Russian Federation .

Section 2.1, Automatic gas fire extinguishing units, Table No. 1 shows the characteristics of the construction and process part of the protected rooms .

Automation of gas fire extinguishing system

Automatic start of installations

At actuation of at least 2 fire detectors in the protected room, "S2000ASPT" device generates "Fire" signal. Turns on the warning light and sound alarm - "Gas go" and with a time delay of 30 seconds (the time required to evacuate the working personnel and completely close the fire-retarding valves), generates a pulse for the release of the gas fire extinguishing agent, which is supplied to the integrated electric starting device. Rod of device presses on fast-acting valve installed on module. The plant is activated. The gas extinguishing agent is supplied to the protected room through the main, distribution pipeline and outlet nozzles. On a signal from SDU (gas went) the precautionary light alarm system at an entrance to the protected room turns on - "Gas do not enter", the light and sound alarm system - "Gas Leave" is switched off and the signal of installation operation is given for the C2000M control panel.

By the signal from the electric contact pressure gauge installed on the module, the presence of gas in the module is monitored.

Remote start of the plant

from a remote starting device installed at each entrance (evacuation exit) to the protected rooms, operating without time delay.

When opening the door to the protected rooms, automatic and remote start of the units by the SQ device (magnetic contact indicator) is switched off with indication of the disconnected state ("Automation is off").

Restoration of the automatic operation mode of the plants is carried out by the SA fire-fighting automation recovery device installed at the entrance (evacuation exit) to the protected rooms.

Further interaction of parts of the system is similar to the automatic startup of the plant described above.

The possibility of remote (manual) actuation is provided in the case of actuation of the system when automatic startup is disabled (when in the room of maintenance personnel) and when a fire is visually detected before the fire alarm detectors are triggered. Before the remote (manual) start-up of the plant, it is necessary to evacuate people from the room, close the door, and then start the plant.

Signals on the state of the automatic installation of modular gas fire extinguishing are transmitted to the control room on the AWS "Orion ABM" and the indication unit "C2000PT" via the RS485 process interface.

By signal "Fire" from protected room, AWS "Orion missile defense" generates signals:

control of fire protection valves on the branch of general ventilation ducts to the protected room (closed);

disconnection of general ventilation;

disconnection of process equipment (fancoyle of protected room);

Calculation of GTV mass

Calculation of the quantity of GTV required to create a fire extinguishing concentration in the protected room and calculation of the area of the overpressure relief opening shall be performed according to Appendix E of SP 5.13130.2009.

Environmental protection

In terms of environmental protection, installations shall comply with the requirements of technical documentation for fire extinguishing substances during operation, maintenance, testing and repair.

Working documentation provides for:

provision of personnel with individual means of protection;

It is allowed to enter the protected rooms after the release of the gas fire extinguishing agent and the elimination of the fire, until the end of ventilation, only in respiratory isolating devices (delivered under a separate contract);

removal of the residue of the gas fire extinguishing agent and combustion products after the fire from the protected premises, as well as unauthorized release of the gas fire extinguishing agent, is carried out through a mobile ventilation plant (smoke pump) connected through the DD valve to the DD system of the building (delivered according to a separate contract).

Power supply of units

In accordance with the PUE (rules for the installation of electrical installations), the fire extinguishing system in terms of ensuring the reliability of the power supply is classified as electricity consumers of category 1, therefore, the power supply of the system is carried out from two independent sources, after the ALT.

Protective grounding (bushing)

To ensure the safety of people, the electrical equipment of the automatic gas fire extinguishing unit must be reliably grounded (busy) in accordance with the requirements of the PUE and the passport requirements for electrical equipment.

The total resistance of the grounding device shall not exceed 4 ohms.

Installation and operation of plants

Automatic installations are installed from steel pipes GOST 873475, welded pipe connections.

The plant piping shall be grounded (busy). Sign and place of grounding - as per GOST 21130.

Safety of application of automatic gas fire extinguishing units is ensured by reduction of pressure in distribution network from 50 Bar (gas fire extinguishing agent pressure in the module) to 28 Bar at actuation of fast-acting valve and absence of plugging of nozzles during supply of gas fire extinguishing agent.

Check that the pipelines are firmly fixed, the connection pipes are firmly clamped, connect the compressor, connecting it to the hole for connecting the module. Start the compressor and run the air through the pipeline network, ensuring that it leaves the connections on which the nozzles will be installed.

Instead of nozzles, install test blinds on the distribution pipeline. Start the compressor and raise the internal pressure of the pipeline to 1.25 Pp. Shut down the compressor and keep the pipeline under pressure for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, make sure that the pressure does not drop by more than 20%.

Installation of plants should be carried out in accordance with the requirements of VSN 2509.67-85 "Rules for the production and acceptance of works. Automatic fire extinguishing installations "and methodological recommendations of VNIIPO of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia" Automatic fire extinguishing and fire alarm systems. Rules of Acceptance and Control "1999, as well as requirements laid down in technical documentation by equipment manufacturers.

When operating the units, the requirements laid down in the technical documentation by the manufacturers of this equipment should be followed.
