Introduction
This scheme is developed on the basis of the assignment for diploma design. The topic of graduation qualification work was approved by order No. _________ of "__" ____ 20 __.
Purpose and Scope
The plant is designed to convert uranium concentrates coming from the mining and processing plant into a solution of uranyl nitrate that meets technical requirements.
The planned location of the plant is the territory of the Radiochemical Plant FSUE SHK.
Technical characteristics
The uranium oxide dissolution plant is designed to dissolve uranium concentrates enriched with a light isotope of uranium 235 to 1 wt%.
Uranium concentrates are uranium oxides (uranium dioxide, uranium oxide-oxide, uranium trioxide).
Uranium capacity 3300 t/year.
The plant is not nuclear hazardous, since uranium with a uranium isotope content of less than 1% by weight is processed.
The dissolution unit operation mode is continuous.
The final product is a solution of uranyl nitrate. Concentration of uranium in solution is 300 g/l, excess of free nitric acid - 80 g/l.
Conclusion
As a result of the course work, a serial process for machining the body part, a sequence of operations was designed, sizing allowances were calculated, cutting modes were assigned, the technological process was rationed and an installation clamping rotary device was developed.
