General provisions

The working design of automatic fire extinguishing, fire alarm and fire warning systems was developed on the basis of the task * * * * *.

Brief description of the object

According to the design, automatic installations shall provide fire protection of several rooms of the existing PBX building. * * * * Kuibeshevskaya railway

The RMTS premises, the bus room/cross-country and control room are subject to consideration in the project, all rooms are located on the 3rd floor. The height of the rooms is 3.2 m. In these rooms, the walls, partitions are brick, the floors are reinforced concrete (multi-pillar slabs), the doors are not firefighting, there are no windows opening, false shelves and false floors.

According to explosion and fire hazard, production premises belong to categories B1.

In the RMTS room of the PBX building, establish round-the-clock staff duty.

Automatic fire extinguishing units

In accordance with NPB 11003 and departmental standards VNPB 2.02/MPS02, automatic fire extinguishing is provided in the main production rooms considered in the project (namely, in the RMTS and autoslab/cross-country). Type of fire extinguishing agent and type of installation is adopted in accordance with MU VNIIZhT, NPB 16697, GOST R 12.3.047 .

In rooms of RMTS (direction 1) and autogas/cross (direction 2) extinguishing is performed by automatic installation of modular type gas fire extinguishing. Gas modules MPGs605024 (NG1) and MPGs606024 (NG2) with gas "Chladon 125" are installed in protected rooms. The gas is discharged by the shut-off device of each module. In rooms, gas exits through nozzles under the ceiling of the room. When gas is simultaneously discharged from cylinders installed in the room through nozzles, volumetric fire extinguishing with standard fire extinguishing gas concentration is provided. The modular installation is provided with 100% of the GTV stock in the modules in the warehouse for rapid replacement after the operation .

The mass fire extinguishing concentration of the fire extinguishing gas, the operating time of the gas plant and the consumption of the fire extinguishing agent for fire extinguishing are accepted in accordance with NPB 88 - 2001 *. The standard volume concentration of the fire extinguishing agent is 10.5% (vol.). The gas supply time for the modular installation is not more than 10 seconds. The extinguishing method is volumetric by filling the protected room with gas until the fire extinguishing concentration is created. Calculation of the mass of the gas fire extinguishing agent (GTF) for each protected room, determination of the number and type of fire extinguishing modules, the required pressure in them, the duration of the fire extinguishing agent supply, the type of exhaust nozzles and pipeline diameters was carried out in accordance with the requirements of NPB 882001 * and the development of the manufacturer of certified gas fire extinguishing equipment.

Automatic fire extinguishing installations provide for the following types of start-up: automatic start-up - when at least two fire detectors of the AUPT system are activated in the protected room, remote start-up - from buttons installed at the entrance to the protected room (near the extinguishing object). Autonomous installations based on OSP1 provide extinguishing on the basis of self-treatment due to the temperature effect of the fire source directly on the glass flask of the fire extinguisher.

In case of fire, prior to the start of the automatic installation, the people in the protected room are alerted, the start-up is delayed for 30 seconds, necessary for people to leave the room and the building engineering systems are activated (disconnection in the protected room (building) of plenum and exhaust ventilation systems, air conditioning systems, closing of fire-retarding valves, control of the smoke removal system, etc.), the general fire warning system in the building is activated. Command pulse for control of systems and devices in case of fire is supplied by AUPT device to automation devices of corresponding systems and through APS of this design to the existing AUPT, which controls the fire warning system in the building as a whole. On the door of the protected room there is a device for turning off automatic starting when the door opens into this room. In spaces (zones) protected by autonomous installations, the above-mentioned functions of engineering systems control and fire warning are performed by the signal of detectors as part of the automatic fire alarm system (for such areas located outside the premises considered by the design, the functions of warning and control of engineering systems are performed by the existing installation of the building's automatic fire alarm system as a whole).

Fire detection in the premises protected by the automatic fire extinguishing unit and control commands are supplied to the signal and starting devices by the "GAMMA-01" fire control and control instrument.

Operation of automatic fire extinguishing unit under the control of "GAMMA01" PPKUP (hereinafter referred to as "Gamma") is performed according to the following scheme:

1. In standby mode, fire detectors monitor the appearance of smoke. Smoke from the fire center, falling into the sensitive chamber of the smoke fire detector IP2123SU, causes its operation. At actuation of one detector in the loop, the "Gamma" safety and fire control device generates a "Attention" signal on the "Gamma01 BKI" unit installed in the RMTS room.

2. In case of actuation of the second fire detector in loops of the same direction, the "Gamma" instrument generates a "Fire" signal. At the same time, for the direction protecting the room, the corresponding NEO light and sound annunciator with the inscription "Gas! Go away! "And siren. NEOs are installed inside the protected room. Signal "Fire" is also transmitted to "Gamma01" unit of BKI in RMTS. In RMTS room "Fire" signal is duplicated by actuation of NEO light-and-sound annunciator with "Fire" inscription. Using contacts of MRV relay module installed in RMTS and MI-A modules of separate directions command pulse is supplied for control of engineering systems and fire warning system in the building.

3. The "Gamma" device, which is in automatic mode, after receiving the "Fire" signal, includes a unit for delay of the starting pulse to the cartridge (cartridges, electric starters) of the corresponding module (s) with fire extinguishing agent for a controlled time of 30 s. The automatic operation mode of the unit can be interrupted when the door is opened into the protected room and restored when the door is closed.

4. After the start delay time elapsed, which is used for execution of command pulse for control of systems and devices in case of fire, corresponding to each modular fire extinguishing direction, electronic modules of "Gamma" instrument generate pulses on ZPU of single gas modules, at that simultaneous opening of all modules in the direction where the fire is detected is provided. After opening of the gas modules, the corresponding SDU pressure indicators are activated, which generate the signal "Start passed."

When the modules are opened, the Gamma device switches the sound annunciators in the protected room into continuous sound mode, and also turns on the Gamma01 OS light annunciators "Gas! Don't come in!. " "Gamma01 OS" is installed outside the protected room.

5.The "Gamma" safety and fire control device, which is in manual operation mode, is set to "FIRE" mode at reception of "FIRE" signal by manual pressing of "START" button on "Gamma01 KS-A" units installed outside at the entrance to the protected room and in the RMTS room. The plant then operates in the same manner as described above (claim 3, 4). "Gamma01 KS-A" units use electronic keys to set the start mode (automatic or manual), there is a button for "Cancel" command, the units display a light signal about automatic start shutdown.

6. All information about the installation status is transmitted via the communication line to Gamma01 BKI devices.

7. Power supply of the fire extinguishing unit is carried out according to the I category of power supply, according to PUE, from the power supply unit "Gamma01 MCR." When the mains voltage is lost, the power supply outputs the signal "Fault" and at the same time, without interruption, provides automatic switching to power supply from the battery. The number of installed MCR units is designed to ensure the operability of the fire extinguishing unit in standby mode of 24 hours and 3 hours in "Fire" mode.

9. Grounding of power supply units "Gamma01 MCR" is performed from the existing grounding loop. The total resistance of the grounding device shall not exceed 4 ohms.

Fire Alarm and Fire Warning Units

Due to the fact that this project directly provides fire protection for only a few rooms of the building, integration of the systems developed in the project with the general existing fire protection systems of the building as a whole is provided. Fire warning and standard installation of manual fire detectors are performed by existing protection systems of the building as a whole, and the devices installed by this design are provided as additional measures.

Automatic fire alarm is installed in the control room. Smoke detectors are used here.

The fire warning system common to the entire building is supplemented with local sound ("Mayak12ZM") and light annunciators ("Mayak 12/24") about the fire directly in the complex of premises protected by this project.

In case of the fire in any of a signal of the fire from the fire announcers of the AUPT and OPS device protected by this project the room (volume) arrives on the reception and control local device of the Nota4 PPKOP fire alarm placed in RMTS. At the same time, this instrument provides for generation of a control signal for disconnection of forced ventilation at the facility (partially or in the building as a whole), and, if necessary, power supply of process equipment. At the same time, in automatic mode with "Nota4" PPKOP, a fire signal is transmitted to the existing automatic fire alarm PPK, which controls the fire warning system in the building as a whole.

All protected premises are equipped with a security alarm (the premises are located on the 3rd floor). The signal of security detectors is transmitted to the PPKOP "Nota4" receiver and test device. Isolated rooms with different functional purpose and operation mode are provided by independent control over individual alarm loops. To increase the reliability of the security alarm, detectors of various action principles are used together: doors for "opening" are blocked by detectors of the QMS type (IO 1022/IO 102-6), windows for "breaking" by acoustic detectors "Harp," penetration and movement in the interior of the premises is recorded by optical-electronic infrared detectors of the "Photon6" type of the three-dimensional principle of action.

For the convenience of operation of the security alarm system near the guarded groups of premises, readers (3 in total) of electronic keys are located, which allow you to quickly install and remove the premises of the nearest guarded group from the security.
