1. Basis for development of design documentation.
1.1 This project is executed on the basis of the contract for the performance of design works concluded between the _________________________________________, the data for the design are drawings received from the customer.
1.2 The project is executed in accordance with the current norms and rules, and the technical solutions adopted in the working drawings comply with the requirements of fire, environmental, sanitary and hygienic and other standards applicable in the territory of the Russian Federation, and ensure the operation of the facility that is safe for life and health of people, subject to the following measures provided by the project:
• SNiP 11.0195 "Instruction on the composition, procedure for developing approval and approval of design and estimate documentation for the construction of enterprises, buildings and structures";
• NPB 11003 "List of buildings, structures, premises and equipment to be protected by automatic fire extinguishing units and automatic fire alarm";
• SNiP 2.08.0289 * "Public buildings and structures";
• SNiP 2.09.0487 "Administrative and household buildings";
• "Electrical Installation Rules";
• "Fire Safety Rules."
1.3 Connection to electrical equipment is performed in accordance with technical documentation of manufacturers.
1.4 Deviations from this project during installation are not allowed without approval with the project developer.
1.5 Products and materials used in the performance of works shall comply with the project specifications and have appropriate certificates, technical passports and other documents certifying their quality. Their installation should be carried out in places determined by the project, taking into account architectural features, the mutual arrangement of building structure elements, the configuration of protected rooms and objects.
1.6 Signalling equipment may be installed after incoming inspection. Electrical equipment and cable products deformed or damaged protective coatings shall not be installed until damages and defects are eliminated in accordance with the established procedure.
1.7 It is not allowed to replace some technical equipment with others having similar technical and operational characteristics, without agreement with the design designer.
1.8 The equipment shall be connected in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and connection diagrams provided by this design.
2. Purpose.
Automatic fire alarm (APS) is designed to detect a fire in the premises of the building at the initial stage of fire, with simultaneous alarm in the dispatcher's office and switching on the devices of the fire warning and evacuation control system (performed by a separate project, code 21P/08PSOE), as well as to generate and transmit a signal to the automation equipment of engineering systems.
3. Characteristics of the object to be protected.
Protected are the premises of the airfield mechanization base of stage 1 (parking garage for 32 special vehicles, blocked with the administrative household building), at the address: ____________________________.
Premises of protected object with total area of 5517.3 m2;
The premises of the protected object are heated (humidity up to 70%).
4. Main design solutions.
4.1. As acceptance and control devices, actuators, mass-produced acceptance and control devices and fire control devices manufactured by the NVP "Bolid" are adopted:
- Device of control and management of "C2000M";
- converter of the S2000PI interface;
- branching-isolating unit "BRIZ";
- address dilator "C2000AP1", "C2000-AP2";
- controllers of two-wire communication line "S2000KDL";
- BI light indication units "S2000BI";
- executive relay units "S2000SP1";
- redundant power supply units of BRP (24V DC) with built-in accumulator batteries.
4.2. Head monitoring and control equipment (personal computer with "ARM ORION" software installed) to be installed in the room with round-the-clock stay of duty personnel on the ground floor in axes 1112; A-B (room 21, ABK). In the same place install the following devices: PKU "S2000M," "S2000PI," "S2000-KDL," BI "S2000BI," "S2000-SP1."
Fire protection automation (fire protection system).
4. 6 In the building, the automatic fire alarm system protects all rooms except the rooms:
• with wet processes (showers, bathrooms);
• ventilation chambers (plenum, exhaust), pump water supply, boiler chambers, etc.
• Premises for building engineering equipment that do not contain combustible materials;
• tambours with no district heating;
• staircases.
4. 7 The following are accepted as technical means of fire detection in protected rooms:
• address smoke optoelectronic fire detectors - DIP34A;
• announcers firefighters linear smoke - IPDLDII/4P;
• for submission of the disturbing notice at visual detection of the fire - announcers the fire manual address International Party of Russia-5133A established on escape routes.
4. 8 For control of processing equipment when forming a signal "Fire" executive relay S2000SP1 blocks are installed.
4. 9 When selecting fire detectors, environmental conditions, peculiarities of technological processes, probability of fire occurrence and dynamics of its development are taken into account.
5. Composition and placement of elements.
5.1. The main elements of the automatic fire alarm unit include:
• Personal computer with ARM ORION software;
• Device of control and management of "C2000M";
• executive relay unit "S2000-SP1"
• BI light indication unit "S2000BI";
• two-wire address message transmission controller "S2000KDL";
• fire alarm loops;
• Backup power supply unit BRP24.
5.2. The central devices - the device of control and management of "C2000M", monitors of the warning system and the engineering equipment at the fire of "S2000SP1" to place the controller of the two-wire S2000KDL line, the block of light indication "S2000BI", BRP-24 on a wall indoors with constant stay of personnel on duty at the height of 1,5 m from the floor level, at a distance of not less than 50 mm from each other and at a distance of not less than 1 m from heating devices.
5.3. Install redundant power supplies of BRP24 on the wall in the room with permanent stay of duty personnel at a distance of not less than 100 mm from other equipment. Install the power supply disconnection circuit breaker before the power cable is inserted into BRP24.
6. Principle of APS operation.
• System activation in automatic mode is performed as a result of operation of one address fire detector included in the fire alarm signal loop.
• PKU "C2000M" and controllers of the two-wire S2000KDL communication line are connected via RS485 interface .
• In case of fire, DIP34A detector generates alarm signal to fire alarm loop. "S2000KDL" transmits the signal to "S2000M" and further, through the converter of "S2000PI" interface to "AWS ORION." In case of visual detection of fire in fire alarm loops, manual fire detectors IPR5133A are installed, which generate "Fire" signal when the button is pressed.
• When forming a signal "Fire" works the sound notification by short circuit of the corresponding contacts of the relay of executive relay S2000SP1 blocks.
• When short-circuited sections are formed in the two-wire communication line of the controller "S2000KDL," the branching isolation unit "BRIZ" isolates this section and automatically restores it after the short circuit is removed.
7. Organization of the warning and evacuation management system
7.1. According to NPB 10403 "Warning and Management Systems for Evacuation of People in Case of Fires in Buildings and Structures" at this facility, the SOPS type is determined, with the installation of sound alerts on the escape routes.
7.2. The fire evacuation warning and control system is considered by a separate project (code 21R/08PSOE).
9. Signaling loops and power lines. General instructions.
9.1. Signal loop cables shall be routed in accordance with the corrugated pipe design.
9.2. When laying cables at the points of rotation at an angle close to 90 degrees, the bending radius must be at least seven cable diameters.
9.3. Cables and wires shall be laid on walls inside protected premises at a distance of not less than 0.1 meters from the ceiling at a height of not less than 2.2 meters from the floor .
9.4. Connections and branches of cables and wires shall be made in boxes or inside housings of electrical installation articles by soldering or using screws. Wire and cable headers shall be provided with a margin of wire or cable for re-connection. Connection and branch points shall be accessible for inspection and repair. At the points of connections and branches, the wires and cables shall not experience mechanical forces.
