Introduction

The growth in the production of wood products, the improvement of their quality and competitiveness largely depend on the effective use of raw materials, the rational choice of equipment and technological regimes.

Currently, the fleet of equipment for woodworking has expanded significantly. In addition to high-performance automatic and semi-automatic lines, a rather wide range of efficient equipment for small industries is used. The complexity of the design of case furniture required the development and production of equipment for lining the edges of curved contour parts. Other new technological operations and equipment are emerging.

Process Description

Particle boards that come from the unloading site located outside the workshop or from the entrance warehouse are supplied to the Anton format cutting line, where they are painted onto blanks. Then the parts are fed to the calibration line MKSH1, where the workpieces are calibrated by thickness. After calibration, the parts are fed to the line for formation of MOP1 plates on which the plates of shield parts are lined with synthetic veneer, and then fed to the line for formation of MFK2 edge 0.6 on which the edges of shield blanks are lined with edge material.

After processing of edges of a detail move in the multispindle sverlilnoprisadochny machine of SGVP1 brand on which drilling of openings under an opening is made for an angular coupler and a loop, and then details are stored in an output warehouse.

Conclusion

This explanatory note presents the calculation of the required materials for the production of 210,000 units of production, in particular: the amount of synthetic veneer -1380620.5m2, the amount of SDS - 7079.5m3, the amount of ICE - 117783.3 m2. The workshop plan is compiled, the equipment is selected, in particular for the following technological operations:

- Cutting of SFD plates on billets - line "Anton";

- Calibration of billets - "MKSh-1";

- Lining of "MOP-1" plates;

- Facing of edge - "MFB2 0.6";

- Drilling and milling of holes - "SGVP-1";

It also calculated the area of ​ ​ transport passes and the production area, in particular: the area of ​ ​ inter-operation warehouses and the area occupied by equipment.
