Heating and ventilation
The design of heating and ventilation was carried out on the basis of technical conditions for heat supply, architectural, construction and technological assignment.
Heating
In the store building, a single-tube horizontal heating system is designed. Coolant parameters for the trading room - 15070 degrees C; for the administrative-domestic block - 10570 degrees C. In the thermal node, separate automatic regulation of the heating systems of the trading room and the administrative-domestic block, heat accounting and hot water preparation is carried out. The heat consumption for the heating system was 63800 watts. The heat consumption for hot water is 19140 W. Fire-retardant screens are installed in the storage rooms and computer room in front of heating devices with a smooth surface (radiators 2kp90x500). Heating system pipelines laid in clandestine channels and heating system pipelines of heaters are isolated. At the highest points of the systems, air collectors are installed on the pipelines, at the lowest points - drain valves or tees with plugs.
Ventilation
Plenum - exhaust ventilation with mechanical and natural inducement of air movement is designed in the store building. Separate plenum ventilation systems have been designed for the trading hall and the administrative and household part of the building, air exchange in the trading hall is determined from the conditions for combating heat losses. Fans, water-heated heaters from NED are used. All fans must be equipped with servo motors, ventilation systems are protected from freezing. Compressor cooling is performed in the room by P4 unit systems (without heating) and B3 system. The B8 system releases exhaust gases to the unloading room (1/3 from the lower and 2/3 from the upper zone).
The inflow to the administrative and household premises is supplied by the P3 system directly to the premises, and is removed either through natural ventilation channels directly to the premises, or from the corridor by the B4 system. Curtains C1500E2 are installed at the entrance to the store. The load on the ventilation system was 133445 W.
Heat supply.
The heat supply of the food store was developed on the basis of the assignment for the design of the architectural project and according to.
The connection point is the existing thermal chamber TK146/1 (i.e. 4110/1), agreed with Gomelenergo RUP of the Gomel heat networks branch of Selmashevsky district. Heat carrier in thermal - water with parameters of 15070 degrees С.
The designed heating line is accepted as channel-free from PI-pipes in PE-shell. The total length of the channel-free route is 72.5 m.p.
On the route, compensation for thermal elongations was decided based on the maximum direct section of pipes with a diameter of 57/125 - 33 ppm.
There are no fixed supports on the designed section of the heating network.
Installation works are carried out in a "cold way," without heating. Cushions made of polyurethane foam are used to provide displacement of compensators. The design provides for the system of on-line remote monitoring of PE humidity - PI shell - pipelines and in detail on HW sheets. SODK - 713.
Installation of pipeline joints and installation of UEC systems is carried out by Gomel Heat Insulated Pipe Plant LLC. Technical supervision of the heating system construction is carried out by the operating organization in accordance with SNiP 3.0503.85.
Exposure to noise and vibration
Noise and vibration impact from the designed object on the nearest protected objects is insignificant (vibration is completely absent). The project also provides for the following measures to combat noise created by operating ventilation equipment:
- plenum and exhaust units are located in separate soundproofed rooms, ventilation chambers;
- ventilation units are installed on the basements;
- flexible inserts are installed on suction and delivery branch pipes of ventilation units;
- noise absorbers are installed on air ducts of plenum and exhaust systems.
Thus, based on the estimated impact of the described enterprise on the state of atmospheric air and noise, the implementation of this project will NOT cause damage to the state of the environment and public health in the surrounding settlement areas.
General Plan and Improvement
The general plan was developed on the basis of the decision of the Gomel City Executive Committee No. 332/32 of 11.04.2006, the architectural and planning task No. 244 of 22.06.2006, the technical conditions of the interested organizations of the city, the topographic survey performed by IP Sychev P.M. in May 2006 and the planning scheme.
The site reserved for the location of the grocery store of OJSC Vesta is located at the intersection of Ave. Cosmonauts and st. Ozernaya Chapaeva in the city of Gomel.
The territory is free from residential development, there are green spaces. The relief is semi-consonant, partially changed by the economic activity of a person. According to geotechnical surveys, a soil layer with a thickness of 0.3 m was opened in the northeastern part of the site. Surface runoff is difficult. Elevations are difficult in the range of 136.40-137.66. The existing improvement is represented by small architectural forms (wooden sculptures) falling into the area of the designed tile cover. These small forms should be transferred to an existing playground prior to commencing work.
Existing trees that fall under the spot of development and interfere with construction are subject to demolition. The number and breed of demolished trees are reflected in the act of 5.10.2006 (see volume 1 of the project).
Planning decisions taken during the development of the general plan are due to sanitary and fire safety standards, technological requirements, terrain and are implemented in accordance with NSS 3.01.0402 "Urban planning. Planning and development of settlements, "SNB 3.03.0297" Streets and roads of cities, towns and settlements. "
The project provides for the construction of guest car parks for 30 m/s, an unloading platform, passages with paved asphalt concrete and the installation of side stones, tile paving of sidewalks and pedestrian platforms, taking into account the requirements for creating a barrier-free environment for the disabled.
For separate collection of household waste, a site with waste containers is provided.
The designed landscaping is represented by decorative shrubs, trees, flower beds. The area free from development and hard coatings is sown with lawn grasses resistant to trampling.
Small architectural forms are represented by decorative flower beds, leisure benches, garbage bins.
Cut vegetal soil with a volume of 440 m3 is used for filling and for the construction of lawns and flower beds. The lack of plant soil is 130 m3.
The vertical layout of the section is solved by the method of continuous contours, in the embankment. The volumes of earthworks are presented on the plans for the organization of the relief and earthen masses.
Drainage of surface effluents is carried out along the relief into a closed rain sewer.
To ensure safe traffic of vehicles and pedestrians in the area of the designed store, taking into account the requirements of the Traffic Safety Code and STB 13002002 "Technical means of traffic management. Rules of Application "provides for the installation of road signs, plates and railing of OP-2 type 2.
Space planning solutions
The designed store building is a one-story, complex configuration in plan, measuring 54 x 43 m. The building configuration is due to the development site - the intersection of Cosmonauts Avenue and Ozernaya and Chapaev Streets.
Trading hall with an area of 597 m square meters. located along ave. Astronauts .
The main entrance, oriented to the intersection of ul. Lake - ave. Astronauts, accented by a glazed remote tambour of a cylindrical shape, at the end of the trading hall (at the axis "1") there is a platform for summer trade. The translucent coating of the site, having the shape of a truncated cone, continues along the main facade and ends with a canopy of a similar shape over the vestibule of the main entrance; a monolithic polycarbonate of milk-white color is provided as a roofing material for covering summer sites.
Adjacent to the store trading room, the block of administrative premises is oriented on ul. Ozernaya.
The unloading ramp of the closed type, pre-sales preparation rooms, storage rooms, technical rooms are located on the side of the courtyard facade.
Height of premises in the light: trading room - 4, 8 m; administrative premises, ramp - 3, 3 m; other rooms - 3, 6 m.
The roof is flat with an internal drainage.
Exterior decoration
Materials for exterior decoration are accepted in accordance with the approved Vesta OJSC design assignment.
The main finishing material of the outer walls is the use of face bricks, the color is "classic red," the surface type is "smooth." Separate sections of the walls of the main facades, the walls of the vestibule of the main entrance are plastered and painted with facade acrylic paints manufactured by Lakokraska OJSC, Lida.
The color solution is given in the "Facade Painting Certificate."
Window units - from PVC profile with filling with double-glazed windows. In order to visually correct the small glazing area of the trading hall determined by the technological layout of the store on the main facade (in the axes "1-6" and "A-B"), false glazing is provided.
Windows of windows and glazed exterior doors (including false glazing) on the main facades are rendered with brown window films (R15BSRCDF in the Llumar catalog).
Interior decoration
The interior decoration of the walls of the premises is acrylic paint - in the trading room, lobby and administrative rooms, facing with ceramic tiles - in rooms with a wet mode, water emulsion painting - in other rooms;
Tile "GRES" with rough surface is used to cover floors of the trading hall and lobby, mosaic concrete is used in corridors, warehouses, mosaic concrete is provided in rooms with wet mode, floors made of ceramic tiles are provided, and linoleum is made of linoleum on a heat-insulating base in administrative and household premises
Finishing of ceilings - in storage rooms, technical rooms, corridors - rubbing, lime painting, in administrative rooms - acrylic painting. The ceiling of the trading room is sheets of professional equipment painted in factory conditions.
Doors - in the rooms for visitors - PVC, glazed, in the rest of the rooms - wooden, in the electric panel, vent. chamber, storerooms - firefighting.
Design Solutions
1. The construction area is characterized by the following data:
climatic conditions of construction as per SNB 2.04.02-2000:

a) wind speed head - 0.23 kPa for the first wind area;
b) weight of snow cover - 0.8 kPa (IB area)

fire resistance degree - V (as per SNB 2.02.0198);
functional fire hazard class - F3.1 (SNB2.02.0198);
Foundations - for external and internal walls - tape, of concrete blocks, cast-in-situ closures made of C 16/20 concrete; under the columns - columnar, monolithic, reinforced concrete. The minimum depth is 1.1 meters from the surface of the earth. According to engineering and geological surveys performed by "Belorit" OP, the foundation base is a medium strength slurry with the following design characteristics: Y = 1.92 t/m3 s = 0.015 kg/cm2 A = 24 E = 13 MPa. Groundwater was found at 136.00. Horizontal waterproofing shall be made of a layer of GPCBEM/M2.5 STB 110898 material along the base leveled with cement sand mortar.
External walls - masonry of the main facade is made of gas silicate blocks D600 F25 B 2.5 STB 111798 on cement mortar of grade 50 up to elevation + 3,850, higher from gas silicate blocks D400 F25 B2.5 STB 111798 with facing with ceramic brick CLO 100/35 STB 116099 on cement sand mortar of grade 50. The remaining external walls are made of gas silicate blocks D400 F25 B2.5 STB 111798 with ceramic brick CLO 100/35 STB 116099 on cement sand mortar of grade 50.
External finishing of walls - sections of walls from gas silicate blocks shall be performed according to the following technology:
- moisten the surface layer of masonry until drip moisture appears;
- composition "Polymix SBS" STB 107297 - under pressure, with subsequent mashing into pores of gas silicate units - 2 mm;
- after 2-3 hours apply the composition "Polymix SBS" STB 107297 with subsequent locking - 5 mm;
- treat the surface with "Polymix - soil" composition (flow rate 0.2 kg/m2);
- protective and finishing plaster H PM 1 SS O.2 STB 12632001 - 3 mm;
- painting with facade paint.
Internal walls - from ceramic brick KRO 100/35 STB 116099 on cement mortar of grade 25.
Partitions - 120 mm thick - made of ceramic brick KRO 100/15 STB 116099 on cement mortar of grade 25; 200 mm thick - from gas silicate blocks. Attachment of partitions to structures of walls and floors shall be made according to the units of 2.2301 series.
The coating - above the trading hall - was built on metal beams. In other rooms the slabs are prefabricated, reinforced concrete, hollow. The coating slabs shall be supported on the walls of gas silicate blocks on a row of ceramic bricks KRO 100/25 STB 116099 laid in flames.

Attachment of the water-insulating carpet shall be performed by way of sticking by sub-melting of bituminopolymer binder from the lower side of the upper layer and mechanical attachment of the lower layer of the roll carpet by dowels 1605.5-9 UHL1 RB 14536193.03598.
Windows, doors - window blocks with triple glazing from PVC elements as per STB 110699; door blocks from PVC as per STB 113898, doors of electrical panel, heat unit, ventilation chambers - fire-fighting as per STB 13942003 (EI 30).
Floors - on the perimeter of external walls perform insulation with expanded clay gravel for a width of 800 mm with a thickness of 300 mm. Flooring: in the trading room, corridor, appliances, bathrooms, showers, heat point - ceramic tiles (on the escape routes, tiles with rough surface, in shower floors with waterproofing); in offices - linoleum; in electrical panel - concrete.
Paving - along the perimeter of the building, make paving from asphalt concrete with a thickness of 30 mm along a compacted crushed stone base with a thickness of 100 mm. The width of the pavement is 1 meter.
Water supply and sewerage
Water supply
The source of water supply for the designed store is the city water supply Du300 mm on the street. Lake. The tie-in is provided with the structure and the installation of a disconnectable valve. Water pipeline inlet is laid from polyethylene pressure pipe as per GOST 185992001 Du 80mm.
The input is supplied to sanitary devices, to washing equipment, and to the internal fire extinguishing system.
A water metering unit is installed to account for water consumption. For hot water supply, a heat exchanger is installed in the room of the heat station. Hot circulation is provided. For reserve hot water supply the electrowater heaters designed in the section "TH" are provided.
Internal water supply systems are designed from steel water gas easy galvanized gas pipelines in accordance with GOST 326275 * by Du15÷80mm.
External fire extinguishing is provided from existing hydrants on the city water pipeline located within a radius of 40 m from the designed building.
Sewerage
Removal of domestic effluents from sanitary devices and industrial effluents from washing equipment is designed by separate systems, into one well of external sewage system. Then the drains are diverted to the city sewer Du 400mm on the street. Zzzzzzzzzzz. The connection is provided in an existing structure.
Internal sewage systems are designed from polypropylene sewage pipes TU22048043002845812000 Du50 and 100mm. External sewerage is laid from PVC pipes Du 150mm.
Rain sewer
To divert surface effluents, 2 rainwater wells are provided on the territory of the store. The drains are taken to the city sewage system. The connection is provided in existing structures.
Rain sewer is designed from PVC pipes Du 200mm.
Fire fighting measures
The project provides for the construction of a grocery store of OJSC Vesta in the area of the intersection of Ave. Cosmonauts and st. Chapaeva in the city of Gomel.
Level of responsibility -2.
The fire resistance rating of the building is IV (SNB 2.02.0198).
Functional fire hazard class - F 3.1 (SNB 2.02.0198).

Access of fire engines to the building is possible from three sides.
Standard fire resistance limits and fire hazard class of building structures are adopted in accordance with Table 4 of SNB 2.02.0198.
Fire resistance limits of building structures are defined in accordance with Manual P203 "Fire resistance limits of building structures" to SNB 2.02.0198; List of building structures, products and materials tested by fire hazard indicators; fire test reports performed in accordance with GOST 30247.094, GOST 30247.194; GOST 30247.297.
Structures, products and materials used in the construction process, subject to mandatory certification in accordance with the Resolution of Gosstandart RB No. 4 dated January 24, 2003; By orders of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus dated 02.09.1999 No. 55 and 14.02.2003 No. 19, it is mandatory to have certificates of compliance with fire safety requirements according to GOST 12.1.04489; GOST 3040296.
Electrical cables shall be certified in accordance with the requirements of NPB 9200 "Electrical cables and wires. Fire hazard indicators. Test methods. "
External bearing walls made of gas silicate blocks have fire resistance limit RE 45 K0; external self-supporting walls are made of gas silicate blocks, have fire resistance limit E 30K1.
Metal beams of the floor covering shall be treated with AgniTerm M composition up to fire resistance of 1 hour (R 60K0). The metal columns bearing the coating elements above the trading room are plastered on the grid to a fire resistance of 1 hour (R 60K0). The coating profile is treated to a fire resistance of 0.25 hour (RE 15K1).
Walls and partitions separating common escape routes have fire resistance limit REI (EI) 45. The walls are separated from each other and from the corridor by type 1 partitions (EI 45).
Evacuation of people from the building was designed in accordance with the instructions of the SNB 2.02.0201.
The doors on the escape routes open in the direction of exit from the building, except for the cases specified by SNB 2.02.0198 and are equipped with closures, which can be opened from the inside without a key; seals in the receptacles; self-closing devices.
The doors of the electric panel, ventilation chambers, storerooms are accepted as firefighting, with a fire resistance limit EI30. Doors shall be certified in RB.
On escape routes use materials with fire hazard:
- for filling of false ceilings - G1, V1, D1, T1;
- for wall finishing - G2, B2, D2, T2;
- for floor coatings - NG.
Fire-fighting water supply is developed in accordance with the requirements of SNB 4.01.0203 .
Internal fire-fighting water supply is provided from the introduction of water supply V1 - 1 jet 2.5 l/s. Four fire cranes are installed.
For external fire extinguishing, existing fire hydrants (pcs. 3) are used, located on the city water supply networks - 40 and 36 meters - along Cosmonauts Avenue and 25 meters - on ul. Ozernaya, from the building under construction.
The building is equipped with automatic fire alarm and telephone communication.
Fire alarm in the building shall be performed prior to commissioning.
Primary fire-fighting equipment is provided in accordance with the requirements of PPB 2.152002 "Fire safety rules of the Republic of Belarus for trade organizations, catering, bases and warehouses."
