Additional information
General Instructions
The project was developed on the basis of:
1.technical conditions for power supply of "MIX" shopping center (due to increase of required capacity) as per No. 09/526 dated 19.05.2009 issued and agreed upon by the branch of electrical networks,
2. Technical conditions for power supply of the rented premises of the grocery store in the shopping center "MIX" at the address:, ul.50 Years of the Komsomol, 41 for No. 200509 dated May 20, 2009, issued for SOOO "L" by the Individual entrepreneur and agreed, branch electric networks, g.;
. and in accordance with the requirements of the Manual to Construction Codes and Rules P22000 (to SNB dated 3.02.04 "Electrical Installations of Residential and Public Buildings"), Electrical Installation Rules (PUE) 6th ed., GOST 30331.
According to the degree of reliability of power supply, the electric receivers of the shopping center and the store located in it belong to the second category. The required capacity of the shopping center is 150.0 kW. The required capacity of the food store is 130.0 kW. Mains voltage is 380/220 V with a de-grounded neutral.
Power supply of the facility is provided from existing networks -
from TP552 on two existing cable lines (AAShv1,0 3х120,0) in the earth - to switchboard buildings with the designed introduction VRU-1 device. On TP552 (on the departing cable lines "A" and "B" feeding Shopping Center MIX) to make replacement of fusible inserts of PN2400 RU-0,4 safety locks of kV gr.3 and gr.17 on current 315A. In VRU-1, according to the diagram (refer to Sheet 3 of the design), install electric power metering through current transformers 300/5 with installation of the counter of the grade TE 6822B, 380 V, 5 (7.5) A for the main accounting of consumed electric power of the entire building. and counting electricity through current transformers 200/5 with the installation of a counter of the grade of TE 6822B, 380 V, 5 (7.5) A to take into account the consumption of electricity by the grocery store. Existing equipment and rented premises of Belagroprombank OJSC are connected through the main accounting of the building .
The estimated load of the MIX shopping center due to an increase in the required power is 129.9 kW. In accordance with item 4 of Technical Specification No. 09/526 dated 19.05.2009 year, the load of transformers T1 and T2 TP552 was calculated (see sheet 3 of the project). Replacement of transformers and equipment TP 552 - not required.
Internal lighting of the shopping facility - designed.
Distribution networks are made by VBGng0,66 cable from electrical panel behind panels of suspended ceiling in PVC pipes.
The group network is made by VBGng0.66 cable laid as follows:
hidden in a metal pipe through the floor of the second floor with
seal by easily deleted weight to ShchO2;
open - in PVC box (non-combustible);
behind suspended ceiling panels in PVC pipes;
open PVC pipes for electrical trays of production
premises;
hidden - in the layer of plaster (under the finish of the floor and walls).
The height of the installation from the floor level to the distribution power boards and lighting boards is at least 1.5 m.
Install panels and sockets at a distance of at least 0.5 m from grounded pipelines of process and sanitary equipment.
Re-grounding circuit - existing, resistance Rz < 30 Ohm .
At resistance Rz > 30 Ohm clog additional electrodes.
The grounding system is adopted type TN - C - S. The design provides for all metal non-current-carrying parts of the equipment, normally not under voltage, to be busy by connecting to zero protective conductors PE using bolted connections.
The potential equalization scheme is shown on sheet 18 of the project. The main grounding bus is the PE bus of the designed VRU-1. Place of conductors connection to utility networks during installation. Connections to metal pipes shall be made by welding. Connect the existing indoor grounding loop to the main grounding bus. During circuit installation ensure their continuity (metal communication). Paint the contours in black. At the points of connection of electrical equipment to the circuits and their branches, apply identification marks in the form of transverse stripes with a width of 1 cm yellow and green. Loops and earthing devices shall be used for the intended purpose only
Install the PE tires in the boards on the boards housings fixed with screws with the blind. Install N busbars on insulators .
Electrical installation works shall be performed in accordance with the requirements of SNiP 3.05.06 - 85.
The technical solutions adopted in the working drawings comply with the requirements of environmental, sanitary, fire and other applicable norms and regulations, and ensure safe operation of the facility for life and health of people, subject to the measures provided for in the working drawings.
