Description
The "Hammer Piston" part is part of the pneumatic hammer in the well drilling device, in the housing of which the hammer piston is located. An air distribution tube is passed through the axial hole of the hammer piston, in which a pin bit is installed with the possibility of interaction with the hammer piston, at Izm. Sheet No. Document. Signature Date Sheet at this end of air distribution pipe is fixed by bit. Body is screwed on drilling column of drilling machine. At the initial moment, when the drill string rotates and compressed air is supplied through it, the roller bit destroys the central part of the bottom hole and the column moves down. When the pin bit comes into contact with the bottom-hole ledge along the well perimeter, the pneumatic hammer begins to work, and its exhaust is used to ventilate and remove sludge from their bottom of the roller bit. Compressed air from the drill string is supplied through the supply axial hole of the air distribution tube and the hole to the idling chamber through the annular groove, holes and channels of the hammer piston. The spent compressed air, together with the sludge from the roller bit, enters the bottomhole zone of the pin bit, captures the sludge from the operation of this bit and ejects all sludge from the well. After that, idling begins. After completion of idling by the firing piston, the cycle is repeated.
