. Patent research

During the development of working documentation, new technological processes, equipment, devices, structures, materials and products were not developed. Therefore, patent studies were not conducted.

. System power supply and equipment grounding

Power supply of signalling equipment shall be provided in accordance with the requirements of VNP00101, PUE, NPB 882001 .

At objects of power supply reliability category III it is allowed to use storage batteries providing power supply of electric receivers in standby mode for 24 hours and in "Alarm" mode for at least 3 hours.

Operation of the system should be carried out in accordance with the "Rules for technical operation of electrical installations by the consumer" and "Intersectoral rules for labor protection (safety rules) during operation of electrical installations" put into effect with the 01.02.2001 of the State Energy Supervision.

Sources of power supply with stabilized voltage 220V in places of stationary equipment installation are provided by the customer.

Power supply of fire alarm equipment is provided from standby power source Scat 1200U (is.4000) (GB). Power supply to GB is performed by 3x1.5 IWG cable.

Grounding of fire alarm equipment shall be performed in accordance with the requirements of SNiP 3.05.0685, PUE, technical documentation of manufacturers.

5. Requirements for installation of equipment and cable routes

PKU S2000M, S2000BI, S2000-KPB, PPKOP "Signal20P" and Scat 1200U (isp.4000) are installed at the security post. The installation location shall comply with the requirements of clauses 12.48 *, 12.55 NPB882001 *. The equipment shall be placed in such a way that the height from the floor level to the operational controls of the equipment is 0.81.5 m.

Fire detectors shall be located in accordance with the requirements of NPB 882001 *.

Install alarm loops with 4x0.5 KSPV wire, in electrical ducts or non-combustible plastic pipe d = 16 mm behind the suspended ceiling.

To conduct installation of power-supply circuits of sound annunciators KSPV 4h0.5 wire in a mm d=16 metal hose.

All switching connections shall be soldered in 70x70 junction boxes.

In all cases of wires and cables passing through structural structures, wire or cable shall be laid in plastic pipe.

The distance between the communication systems, cables and power cables shall be not less than 0.5 m. At the front section of wires and cables with metal pipelines the distance between them shall be not less than 50 mm. When laying in parallel, the distance from the wires to the pipelines shall not be less than 10 mm.

The devices shall be connected and programmed in accordance with the operating manual.

Places of cable routes laying and installation of stationary equipment are performed in accordance with the equipment layout diagram of RP 05.01.23PS and are specified during installation.

To execute connections between the Signal20P S2000M, S2000BI, S2000-KPB and PPKOP panel (RS485 interface) the "twisted couple" cable of UTP 5e 2х2х0.5.

6. Information on organization of production and maintenance of installation works

Erection works shall be carried out in the following sequence:

preparatory works;

installation of equipment;

drawing and laying of cables and wires.

Preparatory work includes:

check of equipment integrity and operability;

preparation of materials and workplaces.

The condition of cables and wires before their laying must be checked by external inspection. In addition, the integrity of the insulation of the cores and the cores themselves must be checked.

Erection works shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of SniP 12032001, part 1, SniP 12042002, part 2 and RD 78.14593 in compliance with safety measures.

8. Special requirements

There are no special requirements for the automatic fire alarm system. All other fire-fighting measures are performed in accordance with the requirements of the current norms and rules.
