External water supply and sewage networks (NVSN)

Description

1. The working documentation "Warehouse complex located at: Moscow region, Ramenskoe urban district, Chulkovo rural settlement" has been developed based on:

- the design assignment approved by the Customer;

- architectural and technological solutions;

- the consolidated network plan;

- the current regulatory and technical documentation:

a) SP 18.13330.2019 Production facilities PLANNING ORGANIZATION OF LAND PLOT (General plans of industrial enterprises)

b) SP 31.13330.2016 "Water supply. External networks.";

c) SP 8.13330.2020 "Fire protection systems. Sources of external fire water supply. Fire safety requirements."

2. The project provides for water supply from the designed wells (under a separate project). Water is supplied from the wells to the fire reserve water tanks or directly to the network; from the tanks, water goes to the pumping station and then through the ring pipeline for fire protection needs of the warehouse complex.

3. The project includes:

- the construction of fire reserve water tanks and a pumping station of comprehensive supply, fully factory-ready;

- the construction of wells on the network;

- the installation of a water supply pipeline made of PE 100 SDR 13.6 010-160 mm and PE 100 SDR 11 032 mm pipes according to GOST 18599-2001 (2003).

4. The water supply networks are designed to a depth of 2.0 - 2.9 m. A road slab PD6 is to be installed under the hatch of the designed well located on the roadway.

5. External fire extinguishing is provided from fire hydrants located on the designed ring network.

6. The laying of pipes in trenches should be carried out on a gravel and crushed stone preparation, compacted into the ground to a height of 150 mm, and prepared with sandy soil to a height of 150 mm, followed by backfilling with local soil with layer-by-layer leveling and compaction, using soft local soils (without large inclusions) according to the typical album SK 2108-92 "Underground pressure pipelines made of plastic pipes."

Under the road, the backfill of pipelines should be done with sandy soils of coarse or medium grain, compacted to Rо of at least 0.95 from the bottom of the trench (or the top of the embankment) to the bottom of the road surface.

The laying of water supply pipelines made of PE should be carried out in accordance with the requirements of SP 49-102-2000. In places of pipeline turns, concrete supports are to be installed.

When laying the pipeline to reduce stress in the pressure pipeline caused by temperature changes, it is necessary to provide for:

- filling the pipeline with cold water before backfilling.

7. The installation and testing of pipelines should be carried out in accordance with SP 129.13330.2019. The test pressure for tightness for both preliminary and final hydraulic testing of pipelines for strength should be set at 1.50 MPa.

8. According to the results of the engineering and geological surveys, the soil layer up to a depth of 10-15 m is heterogeneous.
