Description

The two-story building in plan has a square shape, dimensions in axes A-B/1-4, respectively 5.6 * 10.26 m, the height of the building is 8.2 m. The height of the premises of the first and second floors is 3 m. The foundation is a ribbon prefabricated block according to GOST 13579-78 "Concrete blocks for walls and basements." External load-bearing walls: - brick masonry 550 mm; - facing brick masonry 120 mm thick. The inner walls are made of ordinary clay brick with a thickness of 380 mm. Partitions - from GP, 100 mm thick. Doors - wooden (as per GOST 6629-88, GOST 24698-81). Windows - PVC profiles with double-chamber double-glazed windows in separate bindings with argon filling (4M1-8Ar-4M1-8Ar-K4) as per GOST 30674-99. Floors - see explication of floors. Jumpers - reinforced concrete (as per GOST 948-84). Slabs - prefabricated multi-pillar slabs (as per GOST 26434-85). Attic roof with roof steel roofs (GOST 14918-80). Along the perimeter of the building, a pavement of concrete of class B7.5 is arranged with a thickness of 130 mm, a width of 1000 mm on compacted crushed stone soil.
