Technical requirements for dispatching objects when using TM881 Complex (multi-wire version)

3.1 In order to dispatch elevators in accordance with the requirements of PUBEL and technical documentation for elevators, the following requirements must be met:

a) the manager call button with free closing contact shall be installed and marked in the cockpit in the control panel;

b) in the cockpit in the control panel there must be fittings for attachment of microphone of MK16 type;

c) the following connection circuits shall be output and marked in the electric cabinet of the control station:

- cockpit loudspeaker (circuits D0, D1);

- microphone of a cabin (M0,M1);

- dispatcher call buttons from the cockpit (27D circuit, closed at pressing of common wire);

- free contacts of door control relays and safety circuits closed during relay coil de-energization (21D, 25D circuits). When servicing the elevator with the CP device in Modification A mode, the connection of these contacts is not required (monitoring is carried out only through the UDM or UDLM devices);

- common wire 102

The circuits are output from the cockpit to the dispatching terminal block through the overhead cable from the terminal rack on the cockpit to the middle box and through the cable from the middle box to the electric cabinet. The connection requires 5 free wires in the above cables (circuit 102 - there is a common wire in the cables).

d) The front door to the machine room shall be fitted with a lock and tightly fitted to the door box to ensure the reliability of the open door alarm of the machine room.

3.2 When using the UDM device to ensure its connection to the elevator, the control station electrical diagram corresponding to the elevator must be available.

3.3 The 220 V power supply circuit, not switched by elevator BRU, and grounding circuit shall be connected to the installation places in the machine room of the CP device.

Functional characteristics of the dispatching system

Elevator dispatching

4.1.1 Elevator dispatching in the design provides for compliance with the requirements of cl.13.6, 13.7 PUBEL and additionally remote diagnostics of the elevator. At the same time, the following are provided:

light and sound alarm on PC DP on call of DP operator for two-way communication from elevator cab and MT and at pressing of "Stop" button in elevator cab;

two-way non-volatile loudspeaker communication of the DP operator with the elevator cab and the MP;

light alarm on PC DP on opening of shaft doors and actuation of elevator safety circuit;

light and sound alarm on PC DP on door opening in MP;

display of diagnostic information about elevator equipment on the DP PC;

identification of incoming information.

Additional System Features

4.2.1 The PC DP equipment and software used for dispatching on the project allows you to implement the following additional functions:

Telesignalization, including alarm of opening of office doors and control of engineering systems

telecontrol, including switching on (off) lighting of entrances and street lighting

monitoring of current parameters of water supply heat (information removal and power supply of pressure, temperature and flow transducers with normalized output 4 20 mA)

4.2.2 At installation of additional equipment from TM88 1 telemechanics system it is possible:

providing two-way loudspeaker communication of the operator with service premises and entrances of dispatched residential buildings, as well as increasing the volume of dispatching .

Technical implementation of the system

5.1 According to the contract, elevators should be dispatched from the control room located at the address: _____________________________________________ Equipment from the TM881 telemechanics complex is installed on the DP, which provides communication with objects through a linear (multi-wire) channel (PLU881, PC with TM881 software).

5.2 Connection of object equipment to PLU881 is performed on the first communication channel.

5.3 Based on the characteristics of the objects and the order of binding to the application object (Item 7 of the Operating Manual U0733.001.00.000 OM of the TM881 telemechanics complex), the composition and location of dispatching equipment at the objects are determined.

5.4 Equipment of monitored facilities includes KPMRD881 device, which is designed for:

collection of information from TC sensors and output of this information to the communication channel with PLU881 device;

reception of TS commands from communication channel from PLU881 device and their output to control object (disconnection of internal GHS);

collection of diagnostic information from UDM and output of this information to communication channel with PLU881 device;

control of UPK881 intercoms.

5.5 Each elevator is equipped with UPK88 1 and UDL88 1 devices.

5.6 The UPK88 1 device provides loudspeaker communication with the MT, connection and switching of the microphone and loudspeaker of the elevator car; connection of dispatcher call button from the cab, elevator condition monitoring circuit and elevator diagnostic line to KPMRD881 device.

5.7 UDL88 1 device provides removal of signals from monitored elevator electrical equipment points and their output to the communication line with PLU881 device.
