The design provides for working and emergency (emergency evacuation) lighting. Repair lighting is provided in the rooms of the electrical panel, thermal unit and inspection pit (step-down transformers and 36V sockets are installed).

Total number of lamps 81.

Lighting in rooms is selected in accordance with SNiP RK 2.04-05-2002 * Natural and artificial lighting.

Voltage of working and emergency (duty, evacuation) lighting lamps 220V.

The voltage on the lamps within the nominal range of 220V is provided by selecting the section of wires and cables of the group network based on the condition of reducing the voltage at the lamps by no more than 2.5% according to GOST 13109-97 "Standards for the quality of electrical energy in general-purpose power supply systems."

Control of a working light is exercised from boards ShchO-1, ShchO-2 located poetazhno, emergency (evacuation) from the board SAO located in on the first floor.  

On the first and second floors, lamps with fluorescent lamps are used - LTX 236, ALS.PRS 236, ALS.PRS 136, and incandescent lamps - NPP1101. Exits, as well as inputs along escape routes are illuminated by "Exit" light indicators.

Street lighting is powered by emergency lighting networks.

In accordance with PUE-2004, p. 6.1.37 and p. 36, the lines of the group network laid from the group boards to the lamps must be three-pass (phase, zero operating and zero protective conductors)

Zero working and zero protective conductors are not allowed to be connected under the common terminal  .
