General Instructions

The project has been completed in accordance with applicable codes, regulations and standards.

Electrical equipment is controlled locally.

The cable section is selected by current load with check for voltage loss and by condition of provision of automatic shutdown of emergency section at single-phase short circuit in accordance with PUE.

Work on laying and installation of the designed electrical networks shall be carried out in compliance with safety regulations and relevant departmental instructions.

In accordance with the requirements of GOST R 5046292, to ensure reliable and safe operation of electrical networks, all elements of electrical circuits (individual pro-drivers) are identified by color:

- zero working (N) blue color;

- zero protective (PE) green-yellow color;

- combined zero and zero protective conductor (PEN) green-yellow along the entire length and light blue at the ends.

Electrical safety measures.

In order to ensure the safety of people from electric shock, it is planned to take electrical equipment and connect metal structures to the grounding loop. In turn, the zero core of the supply cable is connected to the circuit. Power supply of the socket network (except for sockets for connection of computers) is made from bipolar circuit breakers with RCD to Ileaks = 30mA.

Grounding. Potential equalization.

The grounding is performed in accordance with PUE p.7. TNCS grounding system. In order to equalize potentials, all steel structures of the building, as well as water pipes supplied to the building, are connected to the grounding loop. All grounding elements are output to the main grounding bus.

In case the resistance of the grounding device exceeds 10 ohms, additionally install vertical grounding electrodes so that the resistance of the grounding device does not exceed 10 ohms.

By the time of commissioning, all electrical products used in the project must be certified.
