1.1. Purpose of the system.

The CCTV system (hereinafter referred to as CCTV) is designed to monitor the activities of employees and visitors inside the building around the clock, as well as to prevent terrorist acts and riots.

AVS of the object provides generation, distribution, display and video recording of video signals from video cameras .

1.2. Main decisions made in the project.

The selection and placement of SOVN funds is made in accordance with the current norms and rules .

The system equipment is Panasonic.

The image from the video cameras is transmitted to the digital video recorders WJHD316A and recorded according to the specified algorithm. The DVRs are interconnected in series and controlled by the system controller WVCU360CJ.

The multiplexed image is displayed on 20 "WVLD2000 monitors connected to each recorder. The monitor 17 "WVLC1710 is further connected to the first DVR. On this monitor, you can view a full-size image from any selected video camera in the system.

The system can set continuous and alarm recording modes. Continuous monitoring of video images is carried out on monitors in multiplexing mode.

The equipment of the designed system has a reserve that allows you to increase and supplement the system with video cameras .

Composition of SOVN:

• color video cameras of internal surveillance;

• video cameras black/white in street design;

• color rotary cameras in street design;

• central equipment - switching and video surveillance equipment in the security room;

• cable network for transmission of video signals and power supply.

Color internal surveillance cameras are placed in public areas of the building - floor corridors, lounges, recreation areas. Black/white video cameras in street design are installed on external walls along the perimeter of the building. Also, outside the building in front of the entrance areas, two colored turning cameras in street design are installed.

The security television system provides:

• 24-hour operation mode;

• possibility of simultaneous viewing and recording of the image;

• automatic sequential switching of cameras on monitor screens with a given interval;

• digital recording and playback of video information using disk drives;

• password protection against unauthorized attempts to change the program or mode of the system, which are programmed during setup and can be changed during operation;

• use of black and white and color cameras of various types, resolution and sensitivity;

• generation of multi-screen images (several cameras on one screen at the same time);

• creation and recording of identification inscriptions of cameras;

• generation and recording of the time of what is happening;

• Ability to control cameras (pan, zoom, auto pan, focus, diaphragm adjustment)

• digital recording from all cameras of the system;

• digital storage of video information for up to 7 days;

• automatic control of alarms from LSS, namely support of motion detector function for recording of video information by alarm and automatic display of images from camera or group of cameras on screens of monitors by alarms;

• ability to manage from a computer;

• remote monitoring of an object by transmitting data over local networks, as well as remotely over the Internet;

• customization using the graphical screen menu;

• Be able to monitor built-in and smart cameras

• have modular design;

The SOVN freely scales both in the number of video cameras and workplaces, and in the volume of the video archive. It is possible to flexibly change (reconfigure) video archive recording modes during normal operation.

1.3. Equipment used in the project.

The video surveillance system includes:

• 16-channel digital video recorders WJHD316A (3 pcs.);

• System controller WVCU360CJ (1 pc.);

• Black and white video cameras 1/3 "WVBP330 with lens 1/3" WVLZ62/8S (12 pcs.);

• Color dome video cameras WVCW240S (24 pcs.);

• WVCW960 color dome rotary cameras (2 pcs.);

• WVLD2000 video surveillance monitors (3 pcs.);

• Video surveillance monitor WVLC1710 (1 pc.);

• Cable networks.

DVR wj-hd316a

The video recorder WJHD316A has high image quality, which is provided by digital recording of a video signal. The DVR has a built-in 250 GB hard drive., in addition, another hard drive of the same volume can be connected. Power supply of video cameras is provided from 220V 50Hz network.

The DVR can be operated from a personal computer connected to a local area network or via the Internet using a special network communication function.

1.4. Power supply.

All video cameras of the system are powered from the 220V 50Hz network.

The security television system is an electrical receiver of the 1st reliability category and is provided with power from one power source with mandatory redundancy through storage batteries in accordance with the "Rules for the device of electrical installations" (PUE).

Power supply is provided from two independent sources. The AC power supply is the power board.
