1. General provisions
Design of engineering equipment of the club house building located at the address: Mosk. regional, Dmitrovsky rn, Ilyinsky s/o, Kurovo village - heating and ventilation systems are carried out on the basis of the adopted architectural and planning decisions and in accordance with the requirements of the current Russian norms, rules and standards:
-SNiP 2.04.0591 * - "Heating, ventilation and air conditioning"
-SNiP 230199 - "Construction climatology"
- SNiP II379 * - "Construction heat engineering"
-SNiP 2.010285 - "Fire Safety Standards"
-SNiP 2.08.0289 * - "Public buildings and structures"
-SNiP 210197 - "Fire safety of buildings and structures"
The designed building is 3 storeys, with a basement. The equipment of the building with the proposed engineering systems provides the necessary and up-to-static comfort of the microclimate of the premises at the level of modern requirements, including reliability and operational efficiency.
All systems are equipped with automatic control and control means.
4. Heat supply of supply unit heater.
Heat supply of a heater of incoming installation from the boiler house, according to the dependent scheme with parameters of heat carrier 9570 wasps .
Pipelines shall be made of steel electric welded pipes as per GOST 1070491 and shall be laid in the floor structure. Insulate with heat insulation tubes "HT Armaflex" with wall thickness of 13mm.
All pipelines are equipped with the necessary control, disconnection and drain valves.
Install the heat supply system as per SNiP 3.05.0185.
5. Fire fighting measures
All technical solutions regarding explosion and fire safety for ventilation are made in accordance with the requirements of SNiP 2.04.0591 * "Heating, ventilation and air conditioning" and PUE (electrical installation rules).
In the plenum and exhaust ventilation system, straight-coal fire-retarding valves of the FFL with a thermal lock and a fire resistance limit of 1 hour are installed.
Centralized automatic shutdown of ventilation systems in case of fire is provided.
6. Noise and vibration regulation measures
In order to reduce noise and vibration occurring during operation of ventilation equipment, the following measures are provided:
- connection of ventilation equipment and air ducts to each other is performed by means of flexible inserts;
- premises of ventilation chambers are recommended to be isolated with noise-absorbing material;
- plenum and exhaust plants are equipped with silencers;
- channel fans are made in noise-proof version.
7. Automation, management and control of parameters
The automation diagram of the plenum plant provides for:
1. Automatic maintenance of supply air temperature;
2. Calorifer protection against freezing by air temperature downstream calorifer and by temperature of return coolant;
3. Interlocked control of the air damper with the operation of the supply fan;
4. Emergency stop of the fan at actuation of calorifer protection against freezing;
5. Alarm of filter clogging;
6. Emergency stop of the fan when the dif relay operates. pressure at absence of air head;
7. Emergency stop of fans in case of fire alarm.
8. Energy efficiency activities.
The project uses the following energy efficiency measures:
1. Total heat and water consumption in heating and ventilation systems is taken into account at the corresponding metering units in the boiler room.
2. Control valves "Danfos" are installed in the heating system, and control valve valves are installed on heating devices.
3. In the heat supply system of the plenum plant heater, a control 3-way valve is used, which adjusts the steam meters of the coolant depending on the temperature of the outside air.
4. Heat curtains operate on air recirculation.
