Introduction

Degree Design provides students with the following main goals and objectives:

Systematizing, consolidating and deepening the theoretical knowledge and practical skills gained during the college period;

Instilling in pupils of skills on study, generalization, use and distribution of the best practices and the advanced methods and methods of work of innovators of production of zones of maintenance, sites on repair of units and nodes on ATP, STO;

Development and consolidation of students' skills of independent work with educational and reference literature, normative materials, GOST, as well as skills in performing technological calculations and graphic works;

Consolidation of the developed ability of students to research in a particular area of ​ ​ production, identification of factors affecting the result of the work of this area. Search for internal unused production reserves, development of organizational and technical measures to improve the technical and economic results of the site;

Design and development of practical technical, organizational, economic and social tasks based on specific materials and needs of existing enterprises.

In the Republic of Belarus, road transport is of great importance, as it serves all sectors of the national economy. Daily passenger transportation by buses and cars along inner-city, suburban and international routes is increasing. In our country, the range of transportation of goods and passengers is constantly increasing due to an increase in the operational qualities of cars.

The main areas of development of ATP are: advanced development of public transport and strengthening of the material and technical base; strengthening of the vehicle repair base and improvement of the vehicle maintenance system.

Keeping the rolling stock operational becomes more difficult due to the inability of small motor transport enterprises to maintain a modern production and technical base for servicing their cars. Labor intensity and volume of material expenses for maintenance and repair of a car for the entire period of operation are many times higher than labor and material costs for its manufacture and vacation. Performance of such a scope of specialized work on the car, its units and units without appropriate equipment, workshops, sections, posts, equipment

tool, i.e. without production and technical base is impossible.

In the course of professional activity, a specialist in the technical operation of cars working at an automobile transport enterprise has to regularly deal with the reconstruction and technical re-equipment of workshops, plots, zones, the design of new production areas, and the reorganization of production. At the same time, quite often there is a need for the reconstruction and technical re-equipment of the enterprise when changing the parameters laid down in the process of its design.

The technical readiness of the enterprise for transportation, reliability and operability of the rolling stock depend not only on the design qualities and level of production of cars, but also on the level of organization of technical operation of cars, the condition and equipment of the production and technical base of the enterprise, which includes a complex of workshops, zones, sections of various purposes. Each type of maintenance and repair has its own specifics and equipment, so the tooling and production rooms must be designed taking into account this specificity.

Characteristics of the enterprise

Borisovgrugavtotrans OJSC is a logistics company and customs representative in the Republic of Belarus and offers a full range of services for organizing foreign economic activity. The mission of the company is to organize the most optimal both domestic and international cargo transportation using road transport. The company's fleet is distinguished by a variety of freight transport models (from Gazelle to Eurofura) with various carrying capacities (from 1.5 to 20 tons) and various types of body (board, tent, insulated, refrigerator) - which allows you to qualitatively carry out any cargo transportation. Round-the-clock operation of the dispatch service allows you to quickly receive information about cargo transportation, the state of cargo, the location of the transport that carries out the transportation of goods, etc.

Borisovgruzavtotrans OJSC provides a full range of services in the field of automobile freight transportation in Belarus, Russia, and Europe. For each client, an individual route can be developed taking into account his wishes, the peculiarities of the direction of freight transportation, the characteristics of the cargo, etc., and also the services of forwarding agents for transportation are offered. The production process in a road transport enterprise is a set of functions, the implementation of which allows ensuring the continuity of the transport process. The motor transport enterprise of Borisovgrugavtotrans OJSC provides the following types of services:

2.1 Selection and justification of the list to be calculated

The composition of the fleet is 200 cars of different groups and different brands. To realize the set goals of the enterprise, it is necessary that the rolling stock is in a technically serviceable condition. To do this, there must be an uninterrupted supply of fuel and lubricants, compressed air, gas, electricity, spare parts, and equipment. Detailed planning of the traffic schedule of cars on the line.

An important place is given here to the correctly selected composition of the fleet of cars. Such cars were not chosen by chance. They are already well studied: they are distinguished by high characteristics, operational indicators, repairability and sufficient availability of spare parts for them.

Conclusion

In the course of the diploma project Design of the TO-1 zone of the transport workshop of Borisovgrugavtotrans OJSC, the following results were achieved:

* technological calculation of the enterprise was made (the production program for maintenance, the annual scope of maintenance work, the number of production and auxiliary workers, junior maintenance personnel, ITR and employees were determined, the number of posts was found, technological equipment and organizational equipment were selected, the area of ​ ​ the production room was calculated, the organization of maintenance production was improved);

* design of TO-1 area has been performed;

* A map of the process of washing of the YaMZ 658 engine centrifugal oil purification filter;

* Main technical and economic indicators of TO-1 zone are determined.

Also, the knowledge and skills gained in the process of training in the organization of production and technology of technical maintenance and repair of cars were fixed, improved and replenished, the knowledge in the scientific organization of labor and the design of motor transport enterprises was deepened.
