Summary
This diploma project is a project of a repair base for peasant farms located in the same rural territory, with the development of means of small mechanization.
The project presents the results of a comprehensive analysis of the economic activities of peasant farms, from which the justification of the chosen topic is given.
In the project, the repair and maintenance program was calculated with the preparation of an annual work plan;
- load is distributed by months, labor intensity of certain types of work, number of production workers and other personnel is calculated;
- a set of equipment, which is necessary for repair works, calculation of basic energy resources;
- repair process is given in the designed workshop.
In the structural part of the project, the justification for the proposal of a stand for the assembly and disassembly of delivery boxes of trucks with a description of the device and work is given. Calculations of elements of bench structures and economic efficiency from its implementation were made.
The project also addresses issues of labor protection and environmental protection. At the end of the project, a technical and economic assessment of the project with the calculation of capital investments and their payback period is given.
Introduction
In the process of developing agricultural production, new, modernized tractors, agricultural machines and tools of both domestic and imported production appear. During their operation, there is a need for high-quality maintenance and repair.
It is impossible to carry out such work in repair and maintenance enterprises and workshops, which were built and equipped in 70 years or even because of their absence, which peasant farms are especially faced in our time. It is not always possible to carry out the necessary maintenance and repair on obsolete equipment or in the absence of it. In this regard, agricultural enterprises need to build new or reconstruct existing production areas.
Currently, the construction of new repair shops is complicated by the requirement of significant capital investments, which are not always possible in the current economic situation.
The reconstruction of the existing workshop gives a decrease in the volume of capital investments and a rather short payback period, it also simplifies the development of design estimates and reduces the time for construction work.
1.4 Characteristics of the repair base
The repair bases of peasant farms are fenced areas on which there are spare parts warehouses, fuel tanks with fuel and oil. The entire machine and tractor fleet is immediately stored, and winter garages for tractors and cars that are used in winter are also located here. Here, the repair of the machine and tractor fleet is carried out.
On the territory of the peasant farm "Pivtsaev V.V." there is an old central repair shop. The central repair shop is used as a garage for tractors and cars.
1.5 Purpose and objectives of the diploma project
Recently, due to the difficult economic situation, farms have not been able to acquire sufficient new agricultural equipment. The machine and tractor fleet is rapidly aging. In order to keep the equipment in working condition, high-quality repairs are necessary. Peasant farms cannot carry out high-quality repairs due to the lack of a central repair workshop.
To better organize the improvement of efficiency and quality of repair, it is proposed to reconstruct and technically re-equip the building of the old remo-
An interesting workshop, which is located on the territory of the peasant farm "Pivtsaev V.V.," and create a repair base for the repair of the machine park of peasant farms. The reconstruction of the old repair shop will make it possible to provide peasant farmers with
workable equipment, with relatively small capital waves
stinging.
Works planned to be carried out in the workshop after reconstruction:
- maintenance of tractors and cars;
- second and third maintenance of tractors;
- second maintenance of vehicles;
- maintenance of combines and other equipment;
- repair of livestock farm equipment;
- repair of workshop equipment;
- restoration and manufacture of parts;
- other works.
Major repairs of cars and tractors, as well as ongoing repairs of complex units, are carried out at specialized enterprises. The first maintenance will be carried out in peasant farms.
To improve the quality of repair and increase the volume of work, it is proposed:
1) without expanding the production area of the repair shop, organize in it new areas of repair of RCM and LCF, a site for repair and adjustment of RCM, external washing and disassembly of machines, maintenance and diagnostics of machines, ongoing repair of engines, filling and running-in of machines;
2) change the old dead end diagram of the repair process to through, straight-through, as more convenient for this workshop;
3) to move the following areas: mechanics, charging and storage of storage batteries, repair of power and tractor electrical equipment, ongoing repair and adjustment of fuel equipment;
4) to equip the sections additionally with the necessary equipment.
The project of the repair base allows peasant farms to improve the quality of the work performed, effectively use the workshop all year round, reduce the cost and labor intensity of repairs, and facilitate the working conditions of workers. Create new jobs, as well as increase the post-repair resource of machines.
2.4.3.3 Manufacturing enclosure layout
The width of the designed workshop is 18 meters. The length of the workshop is 54 meters, has 9 spans with a column spacing of 6 meters (see sheet of 4 graphic works).
The areas in the workshop are located so that the direction of movement of the de-tales and assembly units coincides with the course of the technological process and the main cargo flow. Auxiliary sections are located near the main ones.
The run-in section is located next to the engine repair section, the welding and blacksmith sections are located away from the others and are separated by capital walls, since these sections are especially fire hazardous. According to the requirements of sanitation and hygiene, the outdoor cleaning department is separated from other areas. At the blacksmith site we make a concrete platform with a size of 5x39 meters, respectively, for the repair and maintenance of equipment. The diagnostic site is also separated by capital walls and a separate entrance is made.
3.5 Safety precautions for developed plant
During plant operation the following conditions shall be observed:
- the installation is allowed for persons who have been instructed on the equipment without danger when working with the bench, as well as persons under 18 years of age;
- when working at the plant, it is mandatory to have working clothes ;
- the stand must be grounded;
- operation on the faulty bench is prohibited;
Pre-start requirements:
- before operation the worker must inspect and check the technical condition of the bench units and parts and make sure that they are serviceable and serviceable.
The following shall be checked: bench grounding, workstation lighting, bench control system.
It is forbidden to work on a bench that has malfunctions.
Upon completion of the work on the bench, the workstation shall be removed.
Since the designed stand and workshop as a whole have dangerous and harmful factors, it is necessary to develop measures for labor protection and life safety.
Conclusion
In this diploma project, the knowledge gained during the training is fully applied.
This project of the repair base for peasant farms of the Osinogrivskaya rural territory of the Topkinsky district will allow them to carry out all the necessary repair and maintenance work in a quality and timely manner. Better organized these works, reduced labor intensity will reduce the cost of conditional repairs, save farm funds.
Technical re-equipment will significantly increase the capabilities of the repair base, expand the scope of repair work and improve the working conditions of workers.
On the repair base, new 18 jobs will be created.
The efficiency of putting the plant into operation is justified and confirmed by calculations.
The issues developed in the diploma on labor protection and environmental protection will increase the level of labor safety in peasant farms and improve the environmental situation around the territory of the repair base.
