Summary

The course design shows the design of a sharp drawing machine. The description of the design and the principle of its operation is given.

In the design part of the design, calculations were made for the strength and durability of the parts and units of the drive and working roll. The drive power calculation is also given and the electric motor is selected.

The graphical part of the course design contains a drawing of the general view of the cutting machine with the necessary views and sections.

Introduction

The present invention relates to metal forming, and more particularly to drawing, and can be most effectively used in an auxiliary drawing operation, the cutting of the ends of a blank.

The object of the invention is to simplify the design.

The structure is used for production of A1 class reinforcement with diameter from 6 to 40 mm.

Conclusion

In the course of the course project, the design of the cutting machine was presented. Description of the structure and its operation is given. In the design part of the project, an electric motor was selected, the shaft was calculated for strength, the bearing was calculated and the drive power was calculated.
