Introduction

This diploma project is performed on the basis of the design assignment and in accordance with the requirements [1,2,3].

The reconstruction of the boiler house of the Ukhta1 NPS is necessary for the transfer of heat supply from steam heating to water heating, with the installation of a block boiler room with automation for safety, a chemical water treatment device and the installation of network equipment.

The unit boiler house is designed to generate heat in the form of hot water for heating and ventilation by two heating boilers (one standby) UNIMAT UT7700 with a heating capacity of 7.7 MW and saturated steam for technological and auxiliary needs and hot water supply by two UNIVERSAL ULS4000 steam boilers with a steam capacity of 4 t/h of the company "LOOS."

The project contains the main solutions for equipping the designed boilers with monitoring, control and automation tools in an amount sufficient for reliable, economical and accident-free operation of the boilers, as well as providing the possibility of analyzing their operation and conducting a self-calculation operation.

The diploma project includes:

1) The design part, where the heat scheme of the boiler house with hot water and steam boilers is calculated, the water treatment plant is calculated, the gas-air duct is calculated, the chimney is calculated and the network equipment is selected.

The automation section regulates the positions: temperature, pressure, water levels in the boilers and water levels in the tank-accumulator.

2) Part of the construction production technology is made up of the list of the scope of work and labor costs for the installation of equipment, from the schedule and the schedule of the need for work personnel.

3) Safety and environmental friendliness of the project consists in calculation of pollutant emissions and determination of safety, health, fire safety measures during construction and installation works

4) The economic part consists of determining the cost of heat produced, estimated cost, operating costs and economic efficiency of the project.

The source water is water from a water supply network with an iron content of 2.1 mg/dm3, total stiffness of 7.25 mg/dm3, total iron of 8.15 and dry residue of 375 mg/dm3.

Heat carrier for heating and ventilation needs - network water with temperature of 115 70 ° С. Water is supplied to hot water supply system with temperature of 60 ° С.

Heat supply system - closed, double-tube. The following maximum heat loads are accepted in the design (excluding auxiliary needs):

Heating and ventilation - 6.78 MW (5.842 Gcal/h);

Hot water supply - 0.418 MW (0.36 Gcal/h);

Process targets - 1.30 MW (1.12 Gcal/h).

2.1 Characteristics of the facility and construction conditions

The boiler house construction site is located on the territory of the existing NPS Ukhta1.

This project provides for the construction of a new 36x18x6 (h) boiler house building from metal structures of complete supply, a brick oil-bearing building with dimensions of 3.9x3.6x3 (h); 2 chimney metal pipes with braces; 2 terrestrial oil tanks; 2 storage tanks; above-ground rack for laying of heating networks; oil pipeline and power supply cables.

The construction of the facility is carried out in cramped conditions. On both sides, the construction site is limited by the existing buildings of the old boiler room, forges, and on the other two - driveways.

The construction area according to [4] refers to the I climatic area; ID subdistrict .

The average maximum temperature of the coldest five-day period is minus 39 ° C.

The existing engineering communications of water supply, sewerage, electrical networks in the existing territory of the NPS can be used for engineering support of the construction site.

Existing roads and driveways are used for the passage of construction equipment.

Specialized subcontractors may be involved to perform special construction and installation works.

Construction is provided by local construction materials from production enterprises operating in the Komi Republic.

The construction of the boiler house is planned to be carried out during the year with a positive air temperature.

When performing works in winter, it is necessary to develop special measures for each type of work in the work execution project.

Stack weight ∅800 l = 21 m - 3.30 t.

∅500 l = 21 m - 2.10 t.

Work activities are developed in the PDP and agreed by the chief engineer of the enterprise before their start. The main types of work are specified taking into account the time of year when conducting construction and construction work on the territory of the current enterprise and the mechanical equipment of the construction unit, which is involved as a general contractor.

All construction and construction works for reconstruction are performed in cramped conditions without stopping oil pumping.

The main features of CIW are:

- arrangement of temporary crossings through underground communications located not at the design depth or at a depth of less than 0.8 m in places of high concentration of construction transport equipment;

- coordination of fire works time;

- establishment of boundaries of explosive works;

- equipping of fire work sites with primary fire extinguishing equipment;

- coordination with the service of operation of equipment traffic routes in the territory of the enterprise;

- training on safety and fire safety regulations;

- equipping machines and mechanisms with spark arresters and equipment to ensure fire safety.

The main requirements for fire operations near the existing communications are developed in the PPM.

The fire procedure shall be agreed with the private fire department of the existing enterprise.

Economy

The purpose of this section is to determine the estimated cost and operating costs for the reconstruction of the boiler room equipment.

Calculations shall be made in accordance with [2025].
