1.4 Constructive solution

1.4.1 General characteristic

The kindergarten building is two-story, made of blocks of aerated concrete and brick. Spatial rigidity is provided by operation of prefabricated monolithic floors and longitudinal and transverse bearing walls. The level of the ground floor is taken as relative elevation 0.000.

Basic features.

1.4.2 Foundations

In accordance with the data of engineering and geological surveys of this section, tape foundations were adopted for construction.

1.4.3 Flooring

Flooring slabs are reinforced concrete multistage of various sizes as per p.1.1411. Floors are accepted in accordance with SNiP 2.03.1388.

1.4.4 Wall Design

External walls are laid out of blocks of cellular aerated concrete

D 600, 500 mm thick, with facing of facades with silicate facing colored brick M150 (item 6. Heat Engineering Calculation)

Total outer wall thickness:

The outer verst is 140 mm.

The inner verst is 500 mm.

Total: 640 mm.

Internal walls - silicate brick M150.

1.4.5 Partitions

In rooms with wet mode, partitions made of M125 clay brick are designed, the rest of the blocks of cellular aerated concrete D-600

GOST 2152089.

Stairs

Two-march with ten steps in the march. Tread length 300 mm. The height of the riser is 150 mm.

1.4.7 Filling openings

Window.

Windows are accepted in plastic bindings - ordinary glass and three-chamber glazing in separate bindings.

Individual order windows.

Door.

Doors are wooden (internal) by individual order, external plastic profile.

1.4.8 Floors

The floors are accepted in accordance with SNiP 2.03.1388 "Floors ."
