Description

TI / Department of Construction / Climatic Subdistrict - IV. The designed building has an L-shaped plan. The building is two-storey, with a floor height of 3300 mm. The designed building provides for a basement in the axes "1-4" and "A-B" at the mark of 2700 mm. / Composition: 7 sheets of drawings (façade, general plan, plan of the first floor, basement plan, plan of the second floor, roof plan, foundation plan, floor plan, section, technological map for the installation of the walls of the building, construction schedule, construction master plan) + PZ (94 pages)

 

The purpose of the thesis is to design a preschool educational institution for 150 places, located in the Moscow region.
Objectives of the final qualification work:
- feasibility study of the project;
- design of architectural, planning and structural solutions of the building;
- development of technology and organization of construction of a preschool institution;
- Execution of estimates, calculation of indicators of the economic efficiency of the project.
Structurally, the final qualification work includes an introduction, 3 chapters, a conclusion, a list of references and appendices:
- the first chapter contains a feasibility study of the project, develops solutions for the construction master plan, the functional purpose of the building, develops the terms of reference for design, engineering and geological conditions; the issues of structural design are developed, the analysis of architectural, planning and structural solutions of the building is carried out, the issues of engineering support are resolved, calculations of building structures are carried out;
- in the second chapter, the development of issues related to the organization of the construction of a preschool institution is carried out, the selection of machines and mechanisms for the performance of work is carried out, a construction master plan is designed with the calculation of temporary buildings and structures and networks, technical and economic indicators for the construction pan are calculated; the development of issues of the technology of construction of a preschool institution is carried out, the choice and description of methods of work is made, a technological map for one of the leading processes is made;
- in the third chapter, economic calculations of the cost of construction are made; Issues of labor protection, safety of project solutions and environmental protection during the construction of the building are resolved;
- the conclusion summarizes the results of the theoretical and practical development of the thesis, formulates conclusions, proposals and recommendations for the use of the results of the work;
- the list of references contains a list of all literary sources, including electronic ones, which were used in writing the final qualification work

The designed building is frameless with longitudinal and transverse load-bearing walls, with the support of floor slabs on both sides.
The foundations for the external and internal walls are designed strip, prefabricated. They are mounted from reinforced concrete block pads GOST 13580-85, laid in one row on sand preparation with a thickness of 100 mm.
In the project, the external walls are made with a thickness of 640 mm. from solid clay bricks measuring 250x120x65 of the M150 grade according to GOST 7484-78 on cement-sand mortar of the M50 brand.
The building adopts prefabricated reinforced concrete floor slabs of hollow-core with round voids, the slabs meet the requirements of GOST 9561-91.
Staircases with frieze steps, prefabricated reinforced concrete.
Hollow-core reinforced concrete panels with a support of at least 120 mm are used as load-bearing structures of the roof.
The roof is designed to be flat with an internal drain on a soft roof made of 2 layers of the main roofing welded roll waterproofing material.

Conclusion
In the course of the final qualification work, the goal was achieved - organizational and technological solutions were developed for the construction of a preschool educational institution for 150 places, located in the Moscow region.
To achieve the goal, the following tasks were solved in the course of the thesis:
1. The analysis of architectural, planning and structural solutions of the building is given.
The designed building has an L-shaped plan with dimensions in the axes "1-7" 26700 mm, in the axes "A-D" 28050 mm.
The building is two-storey, with a floor height of 3300 mm.
The designed building provides for a basement in the axes "1-4" and "A-B" at an elevation of 2700 mm.
The class of the building in terms of capital is the second (II).
The degree of responsibility of the building is II.
The degree of fire resistance of the building is I.
Functional fire hazard class C1.
The total width of evacuation passages, as well as the total width of doors in corridors, stairs, on evacuation routes of people is taken at the rate of at least 0.8 m per 100 people.
2. The issues of technology and organization of construction of a preschool institution have been developed.
The composition of construction works was revealed, a technological map for one of the main technological processes was developed, the calculation of labor costs was calculated, and the issues of organizing the construction of the building were highlighted.
A technological sequence of work was drawn up; work schedule; lists of the need for basic materials, the need for machines, equipment, tools, inventory and devices, operational quality control during the performance of work were compiled.
The main mounting mechanism has been selected.
The design of the construction master plan, the calculation of the need for temporary buildings and structures, the calculation of temporary water supply and power supply, the calculation of storage facilities were carried out.
3. Measures for safety and fire safety at the construction site have been developed.
4. An object estimate, a summary estimate of the cost of construction have been drawn up. In the preparation of the work, GOSTs (state standards), SP (codes of practice for construction) in force in the field of design and construction were used.
