Introduction
The role of mechanical engineering in the development of all sectors of the national economy. The main directions of increasing productivity and ensuring the required accuracy in the development of new machining processes for parts.
The goal of mechanical engineering is to change the structure of production, increase the quality characteristics of machines and equipment. It is planned to make a transition to the economy of the highest organization and efficiency with comprehensively developed forces, mature production relations, a well-established economic mechanism. This is the strategic line of the state. The machine-building complex is tasked to dramatically increase the technical and economic level and quality of machines, equipment and devices .
The technological process in mechanical engineering is characterized not only by an improvement in the design of machines, but also by a continuous improvement in the technology of their production.
Currently, it is important to prepare the machine in a high-quality, cheap and timely manner with minimal labor costs, using modern high-performance equipment, tools and technological equipment, mechanization and automation of production.
The durability of the manufactured machines, as well as the economy of their operation, largely depend on the adopted production technology.
The development of high-performance production methods, increased accuracy, capacity, efficiency and other indicators, can be achieved as a result of the development of new technological methods and processes. Accuracy in mechanical engineering is of great importance for improving the operational qualities of machines and for the technology of their production. Increased accuracy of workpieces production reduces labour input of machining. In turn, improving machining accuracy reduces assembly labor intensity as a result of elimination of racing operations and ensuring interchangeability of article parts. Accuracy in manufacturing automation is of particular importance. In this case, the required quantity and quality of products should be obtained as a result of stable and reliable operation of technological equipment.
The main directions of the development of modern technology: the transition from discontinuous, discrete technological processes to continuous automatic; efficient use of machinery and equipment; implementation of waste-free technology for the fullest use of raw materials, materials, energy, fuels and increases in labor productivity; creation of flexible production systems; wide use of robots and robotic technological complexes in mechanical engineering. The most promising should be considered the development of numerical software control tools that meet the requirements of free programming and aggregation of nodes, interfacing of nodes with the control object. The structures having these properties are based on micro and mini computers. The use of these tools for the development of the technological process of processing parts allows you to develop a technological process that meets the requirements of modern mechanical engineering.
Aircraft engine construction uses high-quality expensive steels and alloys, the requirements for accuracy and quality of manufacturing parts are higher than in general engineering. These requirements are fully provided by the method of technological dimensional calculations, which both in general and in detail corresponds to the laws of the theory of dimensional chains, which is a necessary and sufficient indicator of the high scientific and engineering level of dimensional calculation methods
The theoretical basis of the method of calculating allowances, operational tolerances and operational dimensions is the theory of dimensional chains, The dimensional chain is a set of dimensions directly involved in solving a given problem and forming a closed loop.
The purpose of this diploma project is to study the methodology for developing the technological process of manufacturing a part - a cone, designing a mechanical workshop, as well as designing machine and control devices based on available data. This diploma project will consider such issues as: determining the type of production; analysis of part design and processability; Procurement selection calculation of allowances; calculation of cutting modes, etc.
In addition, the diploma project includes the necessary minimum of graphic material on the issues considered, documentation for the drawings and the technological process itself.
Conclusion
In this diploma project, based on the basic technological process, we developed the technological process for the manufacture of the Cone part. As a result of the design, a mechanical workshop was designed for the manufacture of this part, a machining process was developed in accordance with the parameters of the given part.
A machine tool was designed, for drilling holes and a control and measuring device, for checking the perpendicular nature of the part.
The small range of equipment used and its versatility allows you to manufacture this part with other parts and make a quick transfer for processing other parts. There is no need to use special equipment, since parts are produced in small batches.
In the course of the work, a comparison was made between two methods of obtaining a blank for the production of the Cone part, and economic indicators were calculated.
To develop a diploma project, the software was used:
