Description
In this project, a mechanism for laying out test dough pieces for the arrangement of bakery products on the proofing-oven unit was developed, which leads to the mechanization and automation of the process.
The development involves the automation of the process of laying out small dough pieces on boards before proofing.
The work included technological calculations, energy calculations of the conveyor chain, kinematic calculations, and strength calculations of the mechanism's components.
