Description

Part - stepped shaft. As material GOST 5632-72 steel 30Х13 is applied. The shaping method is forging. After finalization, the shaft is sent to assembly.

The shaft has five necks, performed according to the 6 quota of accuracy with roughness according to the parameter Ra 1.25 (Ç38js6; Ç40js6; Ç45js6; Ç32,2n6; Ç32n6). Gear wheels are installed on two of these necks by means of key connection. The extreme journals of the shaft have a thread M24 × 1.5-6 g to attach the gear wheels from axial movement with nuts .

Additional information

Scope of Application

This standard applies to metal parts made by cutting or parts made by forming from sheet metal, and sets general tolerances for linear and angular dimensions if these tolerances are not specified directly at the nominal dimensions.

The general tolerances of this standard may also be applied to non-metallic parts and parts processed by methods other than cutting or sheet forming, unless otherwise specified and suitable for such parts.

Additional requirements reflecting the needs of the country's economy are shown in italics (see table 1 and annex A).

Definitions

The following terms with corresponding definitions are used in this standard:

3.1. Overall size tolerance: Limit deviations (tolerances) of linear or angular dimensions indicated in the drawing or other technical documents by the general record and applied when limit deviations (tolerances) are not specified individually for the respective nominal dimensions.

3.2 Terms and definitions of tolerances and limit deviations of dimensions - as per GOST 25346.

Main provisions

4.1 General tolerances according to this standard shall be applied for the following dimensions with unspecified individual limit deviations:

GOST 30893.1-2002

- linear dimensions (e.g. outer, inner, diameters, radii, distances, shoulder dimensions, blunt edge dimensions: outer fillet radii and chamfer dimensions);

angular dimensions, including angular dimensions not normally specified, i.e. straight angles (90 °), unless reference is made to GOST 30893.2, or angles of regular polygons;

linear and angular dimensions obtained during machining of assembled parts.

4.2 General tolerances under this standard shall not apply to:

Dimensions to which reference is made to general tolerances under other standards;

reference dimensions;

nominal (theoretically accurate) dimensions enclosed in rectangular frames.

4.3 General tolerances under this standard shall apply if the drawing or other technical documentation refers to this standard in accordance with section 6.

If, in addition to this reference, reference is made to other standards establishing common tolerances for other treatments, such as casting, the larger of the two common tolerances applies to dimensions with unspecified surfaces, such as castings or forgings.

The principles for assigning general dimensional tolerances are set out in Appendix B.

4.4 General tolerances are set according to four accuracy classes. When selecting an accuracy class, the normal accuracy of the production should be taken into account. If smaller tolerances are required for individual dimensions or large tolerances are acceptable and cost-effective, then the corresponding limit deviations must be specified directly at the dimension according to GOST 2.307.

4.5 General tolerances of linear dimensions limit only the local dimensions of the element, that is, the dimensions measured according to a two-point scheme in any section, and do not limit all deviations in the shape of the element.

4.6 General tolerances of angular dimensions limit the angle between adjacent planes or straight lines forming the sides of the angle in question and do not limit deviations in the shape of the elements forming the sides of the angle.

Specify general tolerances

The reference to the general tolerances of linear and angular dimensions in accordance with section 5 shall contain the number of this standard and the letter designation of the accuracy class, for example, for the accuracy class medium:

"General tolerances as per GOST 30893.1 - m" or

"GOST 30893.1 - m."
