Introduction

A wide variety of structural materials and methods of their processing are used for the production of avionics (RES) products. Therefore, when performing a specific task, it is necessary to most fully and clearly develop the technological process (TC) for the production of the desired part.

The main stages of the TP development are the technological analysis of the part, the definition of the type of production, the selection of the shape and dimensions of the workpiece for this part, the development of the TP plan, the selection of equipment and accessories for each operation, the definition of processing modes, the design of route and operational maps.

In order to properly organize production, it is essential to ensure the high quality of the products produced and at the same time their low cost. This is achieved by competent use of working resources, selection and optimal consumption of fabrication material, calculation of operation modes of equipment and application of necessary accessories to it, as well as selection of many other parameters. These parameters can be defined in two ways: practically and analytically. The practical definition of parameters leads to large material and labor costs and therefore is economically unprofitable. Therefore, taking into account the distribution of various reference literature on this topic, such parameters are obtained as a rule analytically by calculating certain values and constructing the necessary drawings and sketches. Recently, with the growing requirements for the quality and reliability of RES, the implementation of such calculations has become more and more relevant.

This course project presents the development of the TP for the manufacture of the cup part. A technological analysis of the part design was carried out, the type of production was determined, the shape and dimensions of the workpiece for this part were selected, a rational opening of the material sheet was found, and various PI plans were analyzed.

Based on the obtained data, the most suitable TC plan was selected, processing modes were determined, working equipment (press) was selected, dimensions of working parts of the press (die) technological tooling and materials for their manufacture were found, and the die parts were calculated for strength. The cost of production is calculated. The stamp assembly drawing is presented as well as other necessary drawings.

Purpose of operation modes

To select the necessary equipment, you must calculate the forces during material processing. Processing of material includes cutting of sheet into strips, cutting of blanks, drawing and punching of holes.

Selection of materials for production of working parts of die

When selecting materials for the production of working parts, it should be taken into account that on the one hand such material must be strong enough to withstand the loads applied to it, but on the other hand, given the requirements for the processability of the die parts, its strength should not be too high, otherwise the production of such equipment will be significantly complicated .

Based on the above, the following structural materials are selected:

for production of all punches and matrixes we take steel 20XH;

die plates are made of C4 2140 grade cast iron;

material for punch holder - steel 35;

guide columns, bushings, screws are made of steel 45;

for production of pins we take steel 20XH.

Conclusion

In this course project, the task was set to develop a TP for the manufacture of a cup part.

A technological analysis of the design of the part was carried out, on the basis of which a conclusion was made about a suitable method of its manufacture. The type of production is defined as small-scale. You have selected the shape and dimensions of the workpiece for this part. Rational material sheet opening found. An analysis of the various TP plans was made, which were reflected in the summary table.

Based on the obtained data, the most suitable TP plan is chosen, which involves manufacturing the part using a combined die, which significantly improves accuracy, reduces the number of jobs and, as a result, is most profitable for small-scale production. Material processing modes are defined, working equipment (press) is selected, dimensions of working parts of the press (die) technological tooling and materials for their manufacture are found, and die parts are calculated for strength. The cost of production is calculated. The stamp assembly drawing is presented as well as other necessary drawings.

It should be noted that the developed TP reflects the actual production of the part so far very closely, since a number of technological and other aspects were not taken into account. Therefore, for the application of TP in practice, it is advisable to further consider issues related to the rental of production space, the choice of the form of organization of production, methods for increasing labor productivity, marketing of finished products, etc.
