Introduction

Course work is aimed at developing a common concept of technological design based on the use of modern CAD/CAE/CAM technologies. The work is designed to consolidate knowledge in the field of mathematical modeling of objects using CAD software and hardware and to consolidate skills in the use of computer-aided design instrumental systems in solving process design problems.

In this course work, the tasks of preparing the production of aircraft, developing an electronic layout of the aircraft design unit and using it in technological design are solved. When developing an electronic model of the product design and developing technological equipment, the general requirements for technological design performed using modern information technologies adopted at the basic enterprise - the Irkutsk Aviation Plant are taken into account.

Conclusion

During the course work, the skills of structural and technological analysis and development of the electronic layout of the aircraft assembly, the development of the technological process of assembly of the assembly, the design of typical technological equipment for assembly of the assembly and the scheme for linking the procurement stamping and assembly equipment were gained.

Using the CAD system, the designed product is optimized in order to improve its technological characteristics and reduce its cost.
