2.2.1. TO-1 Organization

1. The checkpoint mechanic, after accepting cars from the line, conducts an in-depth inspection of the car arriving the next day at TO-1. If necessary, write out the maintenance and maintenance sheet and send the car to the waiting area. The production manager ensures repair of vehicles coming to maintenance at interschange time.

2. Every car directed to the TO-1 mechanic checkpoint notes in its magazine. The task for TO-1 is issued to the foreman in the technical department.

3. The rolling stock supplied to the maintenance area must previously undergo daily maintenance.

4. TO-1 is held from 1530 to 2330 break 19.30 to 2030.

5. TO-1 is carried out on the post line.

6. Maintenance Technology TO-1:

fastening, control and adjustment works;

control, inspection, electrical works on the power supply system instruments;

control, lubrication, cleaning, filling operations.

7. Scope of work is performed according to Job Instructions.

8. The head of the convoy and the driver of the car are responsible for the supply and timely supply of cars to the TO-1.

9. Quality and scope control for TO-1 is performed by OTC controller for each vehicle.

2.6.5 Before carrying out works it is necessary to:

- check the workwear, make sure that there are no hanging ends. Sleeves must be fastened or rolled above the elbow;

- check the locksmith, which must be strong and stable, correspond to the growth of the worker. Locksmiths must be serviceable, firmly fixed on the mop;

- prepare the workplace: to free up the necessary area for work by removing all foreign objects; ensure sufficient illumination;

- check serviceability of the tool, correctness of its sharpening and fuelling;

- when checking the tool, pay attention to the fact that the hammers have an even, slightly convex surface, are well fitted on the handles and fixed by a wedge; teeth must not have serrations on the working part and sharp ribs on the faces; filers are firmly mounted on handles;

- check serviceability of equipment, on which it is necessary to operate, and its fencing;

- before lifting of weights check serviceability of lifting devices (units, jacks, etc.); all lifting mechanisms shall have reliable braking devices and the weight of the lifting load shall not exceed the lifting capacity of the mechanism. It is forbidden to stand and pass under the lifted load; Do not exceed the manual weight limits established by the current labour protection legislation for men, women, boys and girls.

During the work it is necessary to:

- firmly clamp the part or workpiece in the clutches, and during installation or removal, use caution, since the part can cause injury when falling;

- remove sawdust from the workpiece or workpiece only with a brush;

- when chopping metal with a tooth, work only in protective glasses. If under operating conditions it is impossible to use protective nets, then the cutting is carried out so that the cut off particles fly off in the direction where there are no people;

- do not use faulty devices during operations;

- prevent contamination of clothes with kerosene, gasoline, oil.

After completion of operation it is necessary to:

- remove the workplace;

- place tools, accessories and materials in appropriate locations.

2.6.6 Environmental protection

The protection of nature and the rational use of natural resources is one of the most important tasks of society. The continuous development of the national economy requires the development of road transport both in terms of the number of rolling stock and in terms of the amount of work produced. The direct negative impact of cars on the environment is associated with emissions of harmful substances into the atmosphere.

In order to reduce the harmful impact of ATP on the environment, environmental measures should be carried out during its design, construction and operation.

Around the enterprise there is a sanitary protection zone 60 m wide. This zone is landscaped and landscaped .

Green spaces enrich the air with oxygen, absorb carbon dioxide, noise, clean the air from dust and regulate microclimate.

In order to maintain the purity of atmospheric air within the limits of standards, ATP provides for preliminary purification of ventilation and process emissions with their subsequent dispersion in the atmosphere.

Plants shall have functional production sewers and internal drains, waste water containing combustible liquids shall be cleaned in mud traps, benzo and oil traps.
