Introduction

The efficiency of road transport depends to a large extent on the technical readiness of the rolling stock, which is ensured by the timely and high-quality performance of technical services and repairs.

Of all modes of transport, automotive is the most labor-intensive and phondom-intensive. Every year, huge funds are spent on its technical maintenance. Despite this, the technical and economic performance of the car fleet is increasing extremely slowly. Thus, it is necessary to further develop the production and technical base of road transport, providing for the construction of new, expansion, technical re-equipment and reconstruction of existing automobile repair enterprises.

These tasks are solved primarily in the process of high-quality design of ATP, which provides for the development of the most rational planning of production departments. application of progressive forms and methods of maintenance and maintenance of rolling stock, a high level of mechanization of production processes, use of modern means of diagnosing the technical condition of cars, scientific organization of labor.

Conclusion

In accordance with the project assignment, the ATP process calculation was carried out and planning solutions were developed with the development of the general plan and production building.

The design results serve to develop other parts of the project (construction, plumbing, electrical, etc.) and largely determine the quality of the project as a whole. The technological design was based on modern technologies and the organization of the production of maintenance and maintenance of cars, effective use of production areas, rational mutual location of production, warehouse and auxiliary processes, premises.

Based on the calculations made, we can come to the following conclusion that the number of posts, the number of people working at ATP will provide uninterrupted, high-quality work on maintenance and repair of PS both per shift and per year.
