In this course work, the design of a rhombic lever jack with a lifting capacity of 1 ton is presented. Before designing, we choose a suitable prototype, study its technical characteristics and parameters, give a description of the design and principle of operation, its main purpose. The following is the necessary feasibility study. Perform a sketched design and perform all necessary calculations. In the process of designing and power calculations, the technological and overall dimensions of the product and the parameters of the most important units and parts of interest to us are specified. At the end of the design phase, the corresponding general view drawing is executed and all dimensions are dimensioned. A conclusion is given with conclusions on the results obtained during the design and a list of the used literature.

Introduction

Maintaining road transport in a technically serviceable state depends to a large extent on the level of development and operating conditions of the production and technical base (PTB) of the enterprise. PTB represents set of the buildings, constructions, processing equipment, equipment and tool intended for maintenance, maintenance, diagnosing and storage of the rolling stock.

Timely and high-quality maintenance and repair of cars, compliance with state standards and "Rules of technical operation" depend on the perfection of structures, quality of manufacture and metrological characteristics of technological equipment.

The basis of the course work (CR) is the design of technological equipment, namely the lever rhombic jack with calculation of its units and mechanisms for strength.

Pick-up height - 100 mm, lift height - 300 mm, working stroke - 200 mm, lifting capacity - 1 ton.

Feasibility study

From a technical point of view, the rhombic jack has a number of significant advantages over others. First of all, it is worth noting the high reliability compared to hydraulic ones. The mechanical type of drive eliminates unexpected failure, there is no need for filling liquids. The main number of breakdowns occurs due to extreme wear of the units or violation of operating conditions, that is, exceeding the permissible load capacity. Rhombic jacks have a high load capacity with relatively small dimensions, a simple design and, as a result, low cost. The low height of the pick-up compared to others makes it most preferable to use it for equipment for breakdowns in road conditions. It is also possible to use a variety of uses in the maintenance and current repair of cars.

Conclusion

During this course work, a diamond jack was designed with the specified parameters of lifting capacity, pick-up height and lifting. The strength of the main units was calculated. The design was based on the study of technical characteristics, parameters and the principle of operation of equipment similar to the one being designed.
