Introduction

The creation of machines that meet the needs of the national economy should provide for their greatest economic effect and high tactical, technical and operational performance.

The main requirements for the machine to be created: high performance, reliability, processability, repairability, minimum dimensions and weight, ease of operation, economy, technical aesthetics. All these requirements are taken into account in the design and design process. Design is the development of a common product design. Design is the detailed further development of all issues related to the implementation of the schematic diagram into a real design. A project is a technical document derived from design and design.

The course project on machine parts is the first design work of the student, carried out on the basis of knowledge of general education, general technical and general special disciplines. There is everything: and analysis of the purpose and working conditions of the designed parts; and the most rational design solutions taking into account technological, installation operational and economic requirements. As well as kinematic calculations and determination of forces acting on parts and assemblies; and structural strength calculations; and material selection; and the process of assembling and disassembling structures; and more.

Thus, the main objectives of this project are achieved:

- Master design document development techniques at various stages of design;

-Development of skills of independent solving of engineering and technical problems and ability to analyze the obtained results;

- Learn to work with standard, various engineering, educational and reference literature (catalogues, atlases, ESKD classifier).

As a result, the acquired skills and experience of designing general-purpose machines and mechanisms will become the basis for the implementation of course projects in special disciplines and a diploma project.

Selection of sealing devices

Cuff selection:

Entrance shaft: "Cuff of 142х623 GOST 8752-79"

Internal diameter - 42 mm;

Outer diameter - 62 mm;

Width - 10 mm.

Output shaft: "Cuff of 167х903 GOST 8752-79"

Internal diameter - 67 mm;

External diameter - 90 mm;

Width - 16 mm.

Selection of lubricants

To reduce friction power losses, reduce the intensity of wear of friction surfaces, their cooling and cleaning from wear products, as well as to protect against jamming, gouging, corrosion, reliable lubrication of friction surfaces must be provided.

To lubricate the transmission, we use a crankcase system. At the same time, pour oil into the reduction gear case so that the crowns of the wheels are immersed in it. Wheels during rotation are carried away by oil, spraying it inside the body. Oil enters the inner walls of the housing, from where it flows into its lower part. Inside the housing, a suspension of oil particles is formed in the air, which covers the surfaces located inside the housing of the part.

To reduce the range of fuel and lubricants used during operation, transmission oil will be used in the reduction gearbox.

Transmission oils are base oils doped with various functional additives. Mineral, partially or completely synthetic oils are used as basic components. Transmission oils operate in modes of high sliding speeds, pressures and a wide temperature range. Their starting properties and long-term operability shall be ensured in the temperature range from 60 to + 150

℃ .

We take TSp15K oil. According to GOST 17479.285, this is TM318, which includes mineral oils with anti-wear additives of moderate efficiency. The recommended application includes cylindrical, conical, spirally conical, hypoid transmissions operating at contact voltages up to 2500 MPa and oil temperature up to 150℃.
