1. common part

1.1. A working project for the automatic installation of fire alarms and a warning and evacuation control system in case of fire was developed for the premises of the Avtoshkola "Master," located at 119 Lezhnevskaya St. Ivanovo.

1.2. The working project was developed by the organization, LLC SPPB Ivanovo, which has a license to perform this type of work (license No. 1/15017 issued by the Ministry of Emergencies of the Russian Federation on August 11, 2008, valid until 11.08.2013)

1.3. The initial data for the design were the drawings of the construction part of the project and the technical specifications for the installation of the security alarm system issued by the customer.

1.4. The working design is developed in accordance with the requirements of:

1.5. The technical solutions adopted in the project comply with the requirements of environmental, sanitary, fire and other standards applicable in the territory of the Russian Federation, and ensure safe operation of the facility for life and health of people, subject to the measures provided by the project.

1.6. The project used equipment that is mass-produced and has certificates of conformity in the GOST R Certification and Fire Safety System of the Russian Federation.

2. brief description of the object

2.1. Type of construction - overhaul.

2.2.According to SP 5.13130.2009, this project provides for protection by automatic fire alarm installation of driving school premises.

2.3. Protected rooms have the following characteristics:

- heated;

- according to PUE are classified as non-explosive - non-fire hazardous ;

- air flow rate is not more than 1 m/s.

3. main design solutions.

3.1. Automatic fire alarm installation

3.1.1 The design provides for fire detection using fire alarm equipment and transmission of fire information to the control and receiving device located in the office.

3.1.2. The fire alarm system is built on the basis of the existing Andromeda32 acceptance and control security and firefighter device.

3.1.3. In standby mode, the receiving and monitoring device monitors the serviceability of detectors, connecting lines and signaling loops. In case of damage of trunks and loops with fire detectors, a fault signal is output.

3.1.4. In case of fire, smoke detectors of IPD3.2M type are activated in the protected room. In case of fire detectors actuation, the control and receiving device generates acoustic and light alarms indicating the loop number in which the activated detector is included.

3.1.5. Manual fire detectors IPR3SU are installed on people's evacuation routes.

3.1.6 The selection of fire detectors of the specified type is justified by the most complete compliance of their parameters with the characteristics of the protected premises. 3.1.7. The fire alarm system generates a command pulse to start the fire warning system.

3.1.9. Wiring is made by non-spreading cable laid in installation boxes.

3.1.10. According to PUE, fire alarm installations in terms of ensuring the reliability of power supply are classified as electrical receivers of the 1st category, therefore, the power supply of the plant is carried out from two independent sources. Reserve food is provided from built-in by battery 12B, 17ach.

Batteries are designed at the moment of ALT switching. 3.1.11. Detailed information on the operation of the control instrument and fire detectors is given in their technical descriptions. 3. 1.12. To ensure the safety of people, elements of electrical equipment of the automatic fire alarm installation must meet the requirements of GOST 12.2.007.0. All metal parts of electrical equipment that are not normally energized, but which may be under it, due to failure of insulation, are subject to grounding (earthing). The potentials must be balanced. Protective grounding (grounding) must be performed in accordance with the "Electrical Installations Design Rules" (PUE, Edition 7, Chapter 1.7), SNiP 3.05.0685 "Electrical Devices," the requirements of GOST 12.1.03081 and technical documentation of manufacturers of components. The resistance of the grounding device shall be not more than 4 ohms and shall be provided by the customer.

3.2. Fire warning system for people.

3.2.1. The fire warning system shall be equipped with administrative and technical premises with permanent or temporary stay of people.

3.2.2. The fire evacuation warning and control system is one of the components of the complex of technical means and organizational measures that ensure the safety of people in case of fire or other emergency.

3.2.3. The fire warning system is designed to inform people about the fire and control their evacuation to a safe area.

3.2.4. In accordance with SP 3.13130.2009 the warning system of the second type is designed. EPSS of this type provides audible notification of people. "Output" annunciators are ON all the time.

3.2.5. The power and number of audible annunciators is selected based on the requirements to provide a sound level exceeding the level of constant noise by 15 dBA, but not more than 120 dBA at any point in the protected premises.

4. Occupational Safety

4.1. Safety precautions are a prerequisite for safe operation during construction, installation and operation of fire protection and warning systems.

Violation of safety rules can lead to accidents.

4.2. During installation, maintenance and operation of the plants, the "Rules for operation of electrical installations of consumers," "Safety rules for operation of electrical installations of consumers" of the Software TRM0162001, RD 15334.0-03.15000 "Intersectoral rules for labor protection (safety rules) during operation of electrical installations" must be complied with.

4.3. The installation of the plant should be guided by the requirements of chapter SNiP III 4-8, including the requirements set out in sections:

- electrical installation works;

- installation works;

- equipment testing;

- electric welding and gas-flame works;

- Loading and unloading works;

- operation of process equipment and tools.

4.4. When performing electrical installation works, it is also necessary to comply with the requirements of SNiP3.05.0685 and PUE.

When working with the power tool, it is necessary to comply with the requirements of GOST 12.2.00775.

4.5. During operation of fire extinguishing and fire alarm units it is necessary to follow the operating manual, technical descriptions and certificates of the equipment included in the unit, RD 25 96490 "System for maintenance and repair of automatic fire extinguishing, smoke removal, security, fire and fire alarm units, organization and procedure of works," "Rules for technical operation of electrical installations of consumers," "Safety rules for operation of electrical installations of consumers."

4.6. Persons who have undergone a medical examination, who have a document certifying the right to work with the installations and who have received safety training and instruction at the workplace in safe working methods are allowed to service the installations.

4.7. Perform all repair and scheduled works with electrical equipment only after power supply disconnection. The presence of working and protective grounding must be checked.
