Accounting for electricity.
To account for electricity in the railway house, which is located at Moscow Region, NaroFominsky District, Petrovsky s/o, TIZ "Rubin," der. Vergolevo, study No. 705, uses a three-phase meter of active energy of the electronic type model SET 4-1 per current 560 A.
The counter is designed to take into account active AC energy in closed rooms at temperatures from minus 25 ° С to plus 55 ° С and relative air humidity up to 98% at temperature + 25 ° С in the absence of aggressive media, vapors and gases in the air.
Accuracy Class 2 counter. The three-phase meter must have a seal on the casing with the stamp of the State Trustee for no more than 12 months.
The counter according to the degree of protection against electric shock is made according to the protection scheme corresponding to the protection class - II (GOST 2610489).
The counter has pulse test outputs.
Energy consumption is taken into account directly in kilowatt-hours (kW*h) by 6 digits of drums located in the panel window.
The meter should be installed in a dry room.
The meter shall be connected to the network by a qualified electrician according to the scheme on the inside of the clamping box cover, as indicated on the clamping block.
The meter shall be installed on the capital walls, on a special stand insulated from the wall. On walls subject to shocks, the installation of counters is not allowed.
Attach the counter with three screws in VR0.4 kV, before that mark the holes under them at the height of 0.41.7 m from the floor level (deviation from vertical position is not more than 1 degree).
After connection of the counter, close the clamping box with cover and seal.
Installation, dismantling, opening, repair, verification and branding shall be carried out only by specially authorized organizations or persons, in accordance with the current rules for the installation of electrical installations. Otherwise, the plant is not responsible for the incorrect operation of the meter.
The meter shall be checked according to LIMG.411152.001 FROM with 6-year interval. Verification is performed as per GOST 3020794.
The presence of readings on the counting mechanism is a consequence of the adjustment and verification of the meter at the factory, and not a consequence of its operation.
