Description
In this project, the internal power supply of the plant for the production of vegetable oil from sunflower seeds is considered.
The following electrical calculations were performed during the design process:
- identification of existing and prospective loads;
- selection of the most optimal network configuration of 0.38 kV;
- selection of wire sections providing the required network capacity with the required power quality;
- calculation of voltage loss;
- determination of long-term current loads;
- check according to the conditions of operation of circuit breakers protection at single-phase and short circuits;
- selection of lighting and electrical fittings.
Design electrical loads are calculated according to the Customer's data, as well as in accordance with the passport data for process equipment.
The performed electrical calculations showed that the selected sections of the wires ensure the reliability and uninterrupted power supply of the electrical installations and mechanisms of the workshop.
