Description

The L5-FKM cutter is considered to be a batch meat cutting machine designed for the final fine grinding of meat and the preparation of minced meat in the production of boiled-smoked, semi-smoked, raw-smoked, boiled, liver sausages, sausages, wieners and ham. It is allowed to chop meat cooled from -1 to +5 °C in pieces weighing no more than 0.5 kg, as well as blocks of frozen meat with dimensions of 190x190x75 mm and a temperature of at least -8 °C. The duration of the minced meat processing process in batch cutters depends on the loading factor of the bowl, the distance between the extreme point of the knife and the bottom of the bowl; the number of knives and the speed of their rotation, the type of raw material and purpose.
