General part

The electrical part of the project for the redevelopment of premises in a multi-storey residential complex of the Moscow Region for a cultural and educational library complex was carried out on the basis of the technical assignment for design, architectural, technological, plumbing tasks and meets the requirements of the following regulatory documents:

• SP 311102003 "Design and installation of electrical installations of residential and public buildings";

• MGSN 2.0699 "Natural, artificial and combined lighting";

• NPB 24897 "Electrical cables and wires. Fire safety indicators

1.1. Key Technical Indicators

Supply voltage 380/220V with a de-grounded neutral. TNCS system (3phases + PEN).

Internal electrical networks are adopted in the TN - S system (five-wire: zero working conductor (N) and zero protective conductor (PE) operate separately throughout the 3phase + N + PE system.

The calculation of loads of the Cultural and Educational Library Complex is carried out in accordance with the joint venture 311102003 ("Design and installation of electrical installations of residential and public buildings").

Total power consumption - 102/119 kW/kVA

Power consumption for individual consumers:

PTS - 46 kW

FBP - 40 kW

MGNB - 16 kW

1.2. Main consumers of electricity,

Category of electric receivers.

The main consumers of electricity are: electric lighting, office equipment, computers, multiplier equipment, server equipment, electric motors of ventilation equipment and air conditioning systems.

According to the degree of reliability of power supply, the electric receivers of the library complex belong to consumers of category I and II. Electroreceivers fire-prevention ustroystvi, other electroreceivers - II.

1.3. Diagram of electrical network construction.

The network construction scheme is radial-trunk.

For receiving and distributing electricity, an introductory switchgear of the VR8504 MU type is used with mutually redundant cable entries from the ATS at the input, installed in the electrical panel at the elevation of -8.400..

In accordance with the TA, the project provides a guaranteed power supply system (SGE) for the computer network and telecommunications equipment. The SGE is provided by means of uninterrupted power supplies of the Conceptpower DPA "Newave SA" power. 15.40.75kVA equipped with batteries. UPS are installed in the server room.

2. Power electrical equipment

For power distribution, modular panels of the ShRn, ShRNP series are used iEK with built-in devices manufactured by KEAZ, EKF, Legrand..

On the group lines supplying the equipment included in the sockets, devices for protective disconnection of the RCD are installed.

Disconnection of ventilation equipment and air conditioning system in case of fire is provided by the automation section.

Distribution and group network is provided with low-flammability HBGHF cable containing no halogens, for fire protection systems with low-smoke and halogen-free HBGngFRLS cable, in NYM (St) server cable in a shell with aluminum foil screen with gasket :

• open on brackets, cable structures and trays (in technical rooms);

• hidden behind suspended ceiling and behind gypsum-cardboard partitions in PVC corrugated pipes;

• hidden behind the suspended ceiling on cable structures without pipes;

• risers in rigid PVC pipes.

3. Electric lighting.

The lighting system is common, combined in reading rooms.

Lighting types:

• working;

• safety lighting - in the electrical panel, security room, electronic reading room, server room (emergency lighting lamps are separated from the number of working lighting lamps);

• evacuation - along the main passages, in corridors, halls, hallracks, lobbies, vaults, conference room. Light indicators "Exit" are installed at the exits from the corridors and the conference room;

• duty. In the corridors, halls, hallreations, conference room, emergency lighting lamps are used. At the central entrance, a group of working lighting lamps powered by an independent group line is used;

• repair in electrical panel;

• decorative.

Power supply of staircases and entrances is accepted from the ATS panel of the building with partial replacement of lamps, with the exception of newly appeared entrances.

The lighting of the premises is adopted in accordance with SNiP 230595 "Natural and artificial lighting" and MGSN 2.0699 "Natural, artificial and combined lighting," SanPiN 2.2.1/2.1.1.127803 and for storage facilities in accordance with the customer's design assignment. The illumination rate in rooms without natural light with constant stay of working people is increased by one stage in accordance with item 7.5.dSNiP 230595.

Illumination was calculated using the specific power method and the method of the coefficient of use of light flux, in storages (on racks) the calculation was carried out using the point method.

. Selection of types of lamps and their arrangement in corridors and in rooms pos.1,2,3,5,6,9 at elevation 0,000, pos.5,6,18 at elev. -3.900 are performed based on the design project task .

Light sources are fluorescent energy-efficient lamps (linear and compact), filament lamps manufactured by Philips and LED lamps Rich LED, RLE14S3. Incandescent lamps are accepted for the premises of a closed storage fund of a rare book in order to eliminate the destructive effect of UV radiation.

Lighting panels were adopted modular series ShRn, ShRNP manufactured by iEK with built-in devices manufactured by "KEAZ," "Legrand."

Escape routes are indicated by lamps with pictograms "Exit," "Exit to the left," etc., with built-in storage batteries, which provide operation for 3 hours after the main power supply has disappeared.

Group circuit breakers have thermal and electromagnetic (instantaneous) disconnectors. Thermal release setpoint (1.151.3) I.n Cut-off current multiplicity (510) In (characteristic of group "С."

The upper lighting (fluorescent lamps) of the conference room is controlled by a remotely controlled light controller. The lighting of stairs and unchanged entrances remains existing and is carried out atomically using a photorelle installed in the existing BRU and including lighting when the illumination decreases below a given level. The lighting of hallrecreations and corridors is controlled from the control room. The lighting of reading rooms is controlled from the boards. In other places - switches in place.

Cable sections of group lines are selected by long-term permissible current and by voltage losses. Voltage losses in group lines do not exceed 1.2%.

The group lighting network is made by the BBGHF cable and in the NYM server (Stc) with the following laying:

• hidden behind suspended ceiling and behind gypsum-cardboard partitions in PVC corrugated pipes;

• open on brackets in electrical panel;

• hidden in mini-channels in rooms without decoration;

• risers in rigid PVC pipes.

4. Accounting of electricity.

In accordance with the requirements of RM 2559 and PUE 7.1.59... 7.1.66 for the installation of ASKUE equipment, this project provides for the installation of a 3-phase, 4-wire electronic meter with a pulse output of the Mercury type on the inlet panel of the VRU. In accordance with the TA, separate non-commercial accounting of electricity is provided for the premises of the library center occupied by the regional center of the Presidential Library named after B.N. Yeltsin, the Moscow Regional State Scientific Library named after N.K. Krupskaya MUK, and the Inter-Settlement Library of Pushkin Municipal District of Moscow Region.

5.Protective safety measures,

Potential equalization.

To protect against electric shock in the event of insulation damage, all open conductive parts (apparatus housings, etc.) that can be energized when insulation is damaged are connected to the de-grounded neutral of transformers using the PEN of the electrical network conductor. The conductor PEN is re-grounded at the input. Re-grounding of the zero wire is carried out by connecting the main grounding bus (GPC) to the artificial grounding plug. The GZSH bus is a copper bus section. 30х4.

The following are attached to the GWN:

• PEN conductors of supply cables;

• zero protective conductors PE of all outgoing cables;

• conductors of the main potential equalization system;

• GZSH of the main entry into the building.

The main potential equalization system connects:

• ventilation system air ducts;

• grounding conductor connected to the grounding circuit;

• internal grounding circuit (art. 30x4) made in the server;

• cable trays.

All specified parts are connected to GWN by means of conductors of potential equalization system.

In accordance with GOST R 50571.212000 and ANSI/TIA/EIA6071994, functional grounding of server equipment is provided. The server room is equipped with a copper grounding bus of section.25x3mm along the perimeter of the room. The "bare" conductors shall be insulated (coloured) at the support points to prevent corrosion. The bus, in turn, is connected to the GWN (main grounding bus) located in the electrical panel.

For additional protection of the outlet network (with the exception of the computer outlet network), protective shutdown devices (RCD) of the IVS type with a nominal disconnecting differential current of not more than 30 mA (Israb. < 30 mA) are used.

6. Energy saving.

The project provides for:

• use of energy-efficient light sources: LED lamps, fluorescent lamps of power. 18, 36W instead of traditional lamps of power. 20 and 40W;

• automatic control of lighting of staircases and entrance at illumination level,

• control of lighting of rooms with zones with different natural lighting conditions in groups as the natural lighting of the room changes;

• configuration of utility systems (fans, air conditioners) with automatic devices operating according to a controlled parameter, which provides electrical equipment with a re-short-term mode of operation and saving power consumption.
