Technical characteristics of the extractor
Proposed mechanical extractor is intended for removal from shafts of parts pressed on them, such as rolling bearings, pulleys, etc. Extractor consists of cross-arm on which grips (paws), thrust screw, working screw, nuts, crossbars and levers, which are connected to each other by means of axles by means of fit with clearance, move freely.
Technical characteristics of the extractor:
The maximum diameter of the detachable part is 220 mm.
The maximum height of the removed part is 140 mm.
The maximum force of the extractor is 3350 kg.
The maximum stroke of the thrust screw is 80 mm.
