Introduction

In this course project, a process plan for the installation of structures of the above-ground part of the CHP is being developed.

The purpose of the work is to summarize the theoretical knowledge gained during the study of the TVZiS discipline and acquire practical skills in the design of process charts.

Job Instruction (JI) is an organizational and technological document developed for the execution of the technological process and determines the composition of operations and mechanization tools, quality requirements, labor intensity, resources and safety measures.

The course project consists of design and graphic parts.

The calculation part is presented in the explanatory note, consisting of 7 chapters:

Chapter 1 "Scope" - conditions for the construction process (including climatic ones); characteristics of structural elements, parts of buildings and structures; composition of the construction process under consideration; nomenclature of necessary material elements.

Chapter 2 "Technology and organization of works" - requirements to completion of previous or preparatory processes; composition of machines, equipment and mechanisms with indication of their technical characteristics, types, grades and quantity; list and process sequence of operations and simple processes; diagrams of their execution to obtain the final product; arrangement of mechanisms, machines and arrangement of devices; composition of links or teams of workers; Material and structure storage diagrams.

Chapter 3 "Calculation of Labor and Machine Time Costs" - a list of operations and processes with indication of the scope of work; operating and machine time standards and rates; standard labor costs of workers (people - hours), working hours of machines (machine) and wages (rubles)

Chapter 4 "Requirements for Quality and Acceptance of Works" - a list of operations or processes to be monitored; Types and methods of control; instruments and equipment used; Guidance on how to monitor and evaluate the quality of processes.

Chapter 5 "Requirements for material and technical resources" - data on the requirements for materials, semi-finished products and structures for the envisaged scope of work, tool, inventory and accessories.

Chapter 6 "Occupational Safety and Safety" - measures and rules for the safe execution of processes, including specific requirements for the object or type of work in question.

Chapter 7 "Technical and economic indicators" - labor costs of workers (people); operating time of machines (machine); wages of workers (RUB); duration of the process (shift) in accordance with the work schedule; production per worker per shift in natural meters; mechanization costs.

The graphic part is presented on one sheet of A-1 format and contains the work execution diagrams, work execution schedule, sequence, interconnection and duration of operations, as well as the work movement schedule.
