Introduction
The automotive industry is one of the leading branches of mechanical engineering. Its main task is to improve and develop road transport. Cargo vehicles deliver more than 80% of the total volume of cargo. The basis of automotive industry is formed by the plants releasing automobile and trucks, buses, trolleybuses, specialized bodies and superstructures, trailers and semi-trailers, military automotive vehicles, units, knots and spare parts to them, autotractor electric equipment and car electronics, processing equipment, the equipment and the tool.
Batteries, these types of technical products are not included in the nomenclature of automotive spare parts, therefore they are distributed and taken into account separately.
The country produces about a hundred models of various tires and their corresponding cameras for tires of cars and trucks, buses and trailers.
The nomenclature of batteries used on cars has more than 10 items.

Technological calculation of the designed enterprise
In this project, the battery area will be calculated on which various work will be carried out to repair and operate the batteries. The workers of the accumulator compartment perform work in TO2, during TR of cars and repair the accumulator batteries removed from the car. The battery department charges, maintains and repairs the batteries of the rolling stock. Repaired batteries are checked and then returned to the same car.
2.1 Initial data for calculation
Input data is accepted in accordance with the assignment for course design.
Source Data:
The name of the designed object is the battery compartment.
Car model - MAZ107.
The number of cars is 350.
Operating conditions:
- road pavement - paving stone, cement concrete, asphalt concrete, mosaic .
-the condition of movement is a big city.
-type of terrain - weakly crested (200-300 m/above sea level).
Climatic conditions are temperate.
The average daily mileage of the car is 280 km.
Mileage from the beginning of operation - 400 thousand/km
Auto in operation - 7 years.
Category of operating conditions - 3
KoeffitsientyK1=0.8; K3=1; K2=1; K5=0.85; K4=1.3; K4 "= 1 (Technical Code of Established Practice (TAP 2482010 (02190)).
Standard mileage (to TO1 - 7500, to TO2 - 30000, to KR - 600000 thousand)
Design Part
5.1 Purpose and scope of the accessory
Based on the topic of the course project, a drawing of the accessory was drawn - an electron knife for removing mastic during disassembly of batteries.
5.2 Operation principle of the accessory
Before disassembly, the battery is placed on the table and the electron is connected to the network. After a few minutes heated teeth of knife are carried out along walls and partitions of tank, removing mastic, besides, teeth located on one side of knife are carried out along partitions of tank, which allows to remove mastic simultaneously on both sides of partition.
Electronics are safe to operate, protect battery covers and tanks from damage, and increase productivity during battery development.
Conclusion
In this academic year project the battery compartment on 256 KamAZ55102 cars is designed, the number of workers on the site is calculated, the equipment, adaptation is picked up and technological process is organized, the .proizvodstvenny area is calculated, the checklist for works in a battery compartment is made.
Acquired skills in the design of the enterprise, scope of work. He learned how to design a technological process in a division, compile process charts and organize production.
