Master Plan
The designed area is 300x300m. The master plan is made according to the type of depth layout, taking into account the location of the site, technological processes, traffic flows and terrain.
The production territory of an industrial enterprise is divided into four zones:
1) Pre-factory, includes auxiliary buildings designed to accommodate the administration, medical institutions, laboratories, household buildings, aisles, parking lots for transport.
2) Production, in which production workshops of the main and auxiliary purpose are concentrated.
3) Utility room, in which energy facilities, underground and ground engineering communications are located.
4) Warehouse, which houses buildings for the storage of materials, blanks, finished products, transport buildings and structures.
On the designed master plan, the connection between individual zones corresponds to the technological process, and the production flow has the smallest length.
The following buildings and structures are designed in the pre-factory zone: a checkpoint, a canteen, a medical institution, an administrative building, a car parking with a capacity of 120 cars and a railway control room. In the production area there is a tool and stamping shop, repair vehicles and technical equipment. In a subsidiary zone the combined heat and power plant and power plant are located.
The plan shows the routing of roads and highways and designed pedestrian and passenger tracks that do not intersect with freight tracks.
According to the vertical layout, all structures are located in the ground and above-ground zones.
The master plan has been completed according to all requirements in accordance with SNI8980 * "Master Plans of Industrial Enterprises" and GOST 21.50893 "Rules for Execution of Working Documentation of Master Plans of Enterprises, Structures and Housing and Civil Facilities"
