Working mold for obtaining parts from polycarbonate for street lighting lights on LED lamps.
For this project, it was manufactured, tested and received suitable products.
It can help novice designers in the field of plastic casting.
Of the features - a slot gate with a storage for uniform filling of the forming cavity.
One of the criteria for accepting the form was the absence of divorces and traces of the flow of material.
Part infill was modeled in Solidworks Plastics. The results of the calculations coincided with reality.
