Introduction

The subject of the course "Organization, planning and management of construction production" is the study of methods and means of organizing and managing the construction of individual facilities and their complexes, organizational structures and production activities of construction and installation organizations.

The organization of the construction of a separate facility or complex, the issues of linking the performance of individual works and, accordingly, the activities of individual performers in time and space are considered in the sections devoted to calendar planning. The necessary knowledge of how to perform certain types of work and methods of rational sets of machines is obtained when studying the course "Construction production technology." Considering that in the "Construction Economy," the organization's issues are studied on an industry scale, this course mainly describes the organization and management of activities at the level of the construction and installation organization, and the general economic laws of the construction industry are considered in the appendix to specific design and technological solutions of construction production.

The course "Organization, planning and management of construction production" is also related to the disciplines devoted to automated construction management systems, the basics of law, architecture, construction structures, construction machines and computer engineering.

Brief description of space-planning and structural solutions

The organization of the construction process of the 4-story building of the public center was developed for construction conditions in the city of Chita. The building belongs to 2 degrees of fire resistance. Degree of durability II (not less than 50 years). By capital, the building is grade II .

This object is a 4-story building. The length of the building in axes is 120,000 mm; the width of the building in axes 24,000 mm; the total height of the building is 15,000 mm.

Building with load-bearing prefabricated railway frame, without basement, with combined roof.

The roof is accepted as flat combined unvented with the internal drain. The roof is combined, has the following structure: steam insulation, slab insulation of 3-4 layers, cement bracing 2030 mm thick and a light roll roof of 3-4 ruberoid layers are arranged along the reinforced concrete slabs of the floor. The floor material is made of prefabricated reinforced concrete slabs PK 60.15, PK 60.12 with support on two sides.

External walls are made of hinged railway panels with thickness of 250 mm. The inner walls are brick with a thickness of 250 and 380 mm.

The foundation is accepted as a prefabricated columnar foundation. The depth of foundation laying is 2.15m, adopted based on natural conditions and the amount of load on the foundation. Horizontal waterproofing is made of two layers of toll. Vertical waterproofing - coating with bitumen by 2 times. Window filling is presented by brands of SHOUTING windows 1515. External door openings are filled with DG 2112 door tags.

The height of the floor is 3.3m. For internal lining in accordance with the purpose of the premises, various artificial materials are used. Ceramic tiles with low water absorption are used in rooms with heavy movement and subject to humidification for flooring, ceramic glazed tiles with a smooth surface are used for facing walls. In other rooms - improved plaster of walls not more than 2 cm thick, followed by painting with oil paints or gluing with wallpaper.
