1 Design Input

2 Gas supply and flow source

Natural gas with calorific value QpH = 8000kcal/m3 is used as fuel; ρ=0.683 kg/m3.

The project provides for a gas pipeline-commissioning to a residential building on the school. No. 105, located at the address: Vsevolozhsky Rn, 23rd km of Murmansk Highway, SNT "Motor."

The gas pipeline-inlet to the specified house at station No. 105 can be carried out from the designed low-pressure gas pipeline D = 110 mm.

The tie-in unit is linked to the documentation stored in the archive of OJSC Vsevolozhskmezhraigaz. In

in a residential building, gas consumption is provided for heating, food preparation and hot water supply.

3 Gas supply diagram and hydraulic calculation

The project provides for a dead end gas supply scheme of the house located on uch.105 at the address: Leningrad Region, Vsevolozhsk Rn, 23rd km of Murmansk Highway, SNT "Motor."

Hydraulic calculation of gas pipeline networks for gas supply of an individual residential building is made as part of this project code 161GSN12.

Geotechnical and hydrogeological conditions at the gas pipeline laying area:

The normative depth of seasonal freezing of soils is recommended:

(for sands and sandwiches1.4 m, for loam 1, 2 m)

When soils are moistened, rock strength decreases.

The designed gas pipeline shall be laid at a depth of 1,6 m.

5 Laying of gas pipeline

The project provides for:

5.1 Tie-in to the designed low-pressure gas pipeline D = 110mm. Valves for tie-in DAA d110/32 (PC0).

5.2 Laying of the PE 100GAZ SDR11 32х3,0 low-pressure gas pipeline (PK0PK0+20.00).

5.3 Turn of gas pipeline route by 90 ° (PK0 + 20.00).

5.4 Laying of the PE 100GAZ SDR11 32х3,0 low-pressure gas pipeline (PK0+20.0 are the PK0+21.50 ).

5.5 Installation of permanent connection "Polyethylene steel" 32.0 * 33.5 (PC0 + 21.50).

5.6 Exit of the gas pipeline from the ground of SOI-2 (PK0 + 22.50).

5.7 Installation of KSHI25r crane at altitude 1.6 m from ground level at a distance of not less than 0.5 m. from window and door openings. Entry into the room of heating equipment of a residential building at school No. 105.

5.8 Coating of the above-ground gas pipeline with primer in 2 times and oil paint in 2 times in accordance with the requirements of PB 1252903.

6 Gas pipeline corrosion protection

To protect against electrochemical corrosion, the underground steel gas pipeline is covered with "very reinforced" insulation with polymer adhesive tape according to GOST 9.6022005 with ism.

Exits of the gas pipeline from the ground are provided by SOI-2 special drain as per drawings 156GSN12 sheet 1. The steel part of the special drain has insulation of a very reinforced type and is enclosed in a case in insulation of a very reinforced type. Space between gas pipeline and case is filled with cabolk, ends of case are covered with bitumen-rubber mastic. The exit from the ground is covered with sand for the entire depth and width of the trench in a radius of 0.5 m.

Above-ground sections of the gas pipeline are protected against atmospheric corrosion by coating the gas pipeline with primer in 2 times and oil paint in 2 times in accordance with the requirements of PB 1252903.

7 Sealing of utility service inlets

Sealing of engineering communications inputs to buildings shall be performed according to the album of the Lengrazhdanproekt Institute (inv. № 3620/82).

Air collection tubes shall be installed in each section of the basement.

Make holes in pit covers of all utilities, as well as closed channels within a radius of 50 m from the gas pipeline (item 6.1.19 PB 1252903)

8 Organization of construction

The execution of the construction organization project is not provided for by the contract for design work.

The construction is carried out in accordance with the PDP and the schedule developed by the construction organization and agreed with the customer at the stage of signing the contract.

9 Construction Safety and Fire Prevention

When performing construction work and delivery of the construction object, it is necessary to comply with the following requirements:

- SNiP 120399 "Occupational safety in construction part 1" (general requirements)

- SNiP 12042002 "Occupational safety in construction part 2" (construction production)

- SNiP 3.01.0487 "Acceptance for operation of completed construction facilities"

- SP 62.13330.2011 "Gas Distribution Systems"

- PB 1252903, PPB-01-93, "Rules for devices and safety of pressure vessels operation"

Materials and equipment used in the construction process have certificates and permits of Rostekhnadzor of Russia for use.

Safety and health instructions for workers in each specialty with

taking into account the specifics of local conditions should be developed in the construction organization and

approved by the chief engineer.

10 Occupational safety

Workers must familiarize themselves with the PP before starting construction and installation work, undergo safety and health training in their organization and obtain permission to work. An entry must be made in the work log.

The workplace should be safe for the employee, namely:

- on construction sites during crane operation the worker must be in the helmet and not stand under the crane boom.

- during operation the workers shall be equipped with special clothes and sleeves.

- metal welders shall have protective shields of appropriate light resistance.

- when welding polyethylene, workers must be equipped with electric protective uniforms.

- the operating area of the mechanisms must be protected and marked with red flags

- the workers cannot be in the working area of the mechanism.

- cannot be in the trench during excavator operation (development, backfilling, trench rework).

- it is impossible to be on the construction site for unauthorized persons and children.

For more complex types of work, the contracting organization must perform the PDP and approve it with the chief engineer of the construction organization.

The Site Foreman and the Labor Safety Engineer of the contracting organization shall be responsible for the observance of labor protection at the site.

11 Ensuring the safety of gas supply systems

In accordance with the "Rules for the Protection of Gas Distribution Systems," approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 878 of 20.11.2000, control over compliance with these Rules is entrusted to territorial enterprises for the operation of the gas economy and its structural divisions. In the built-up part of the village (city), external gas pipelines are indicated by identification marks (bindings) applied to permanent landmarks. Organizations and individuals on the land plots submitted for their use, buildings through which external gas pipelines pass, are obliged to ensure the safety of these gas pipelines and free access to them by employees of the operational organization. Officials and organizations guilty of violating the requirements of these Rules shall be held accountable in the manner prescribed by the Law of the Russian Federation.

12 Recommendations on environmental protection

To reduce air pollution during construction, the project recommends the following activities:

- application of electric power for technological needs of construction instead of solid and liquid fuel in preparation of organic binding, insulating materials, asphalt concrete mixtures and water heating.

- application of sealing vessels for transportation of mortars and concretes;

- removal of open storage, loading and transportation of loose and dusting materials (use of containers, special. vehicles);

-optimization of supply and consumption of solutions and concretes that reduce waste generation;

- compliance with technology and quality assurance of works performed;

After completion of construction, clean and improve the construction area with restoration of the fertile layer and reclamation of land along the gas pipeline route.

13 Measures to prevent accidents and localize their consequences

The following technical solutions are provided for emergency prevention:

application of thick-walled pipes with increased safety margin;

installation of cranes to shut off gas pipelines;

corrosion protection of gas pipelines .

Given the high explosion and fire hazard of natural gas, a number of measures are provided for the gas pipeline in case of prevention of emergency situations.

A gap is established from the pipeline axis to buildings and structures, in accordance with

SNiP 2.07.01.89 *.

In case of emergency, operational production units develop a plan for warning, collecting and leaving the gas pipeline of emergency crews and equipment.

The task of the personnel is to:

- localization of the accident by disconnection of the emergency section of the gas pipeline;

- notification and direction of crews to disconnecting shutoff valves of the proposed emergency section;

- Taking the necessary measures to ensure the safety of the population, nearby transport links and their intersections with gas pipelines;

- warning consumers about the cessation of gas supplies or about the reduction of their volumes;

- Organization of work to attract and use the technical, material and human resources of nearby local organizations.

If leaks are detected on the linear part of the gas pipeline or if it is necessary to carry out repair work on a certain section of the gas pipeline, gas is discharged from the section located between the GRPP and the crane, or through a blowdown plug, which is installed into the connector, which is closed by a plug in operating conditions, or through the hole formed as a result of damage to the gas pipeline. The diameter of the blowdown plug is determined based on the condition of emptying the gas pipeline section between the shutoff valves within 2.03.0 hours. Candle height 4 m from ground level
