Thermal calculation of the building and systems

Calculation of heat losses through the enclosing structures of the building (walls, floor, ceiling, roof, windows, anti-aircraft lights, doors), thermal characteristics of enclosing structures and thermal systems installed in the building are made in accordance with SNI379 *, SNiP 2.04.0591 * and other specialized publications.

Calculation of building heat loss and selection of heating system radiators

Operating conditions of enclosing structures depending on the humidity mode of rooms and humidity zones are accepted according to SNiPII379 * and are equal for Kiev.

The estimated winter outside air temperature is accepted in accordance with SNiP 2.01.0182 and is equal to the average temperature of the coldest five-day period (22 С).

The design temperature of the internal air is accepted in accordance with GOST 12.1.00588 and the design standards of the corresponding buildings and structures, and is equal to:

• For residential premises - (+ 22 С);

• For utility rooms (dressing room, etc.) - (+ 18 С).

• For boiler room - (+ 18 С).

The main calculation dependencies, coefficients and calculation procedure are adopted in accordance with SNiP 2.04.0591 * and SNiP II379 *.

Steel radiators "Dia Norm" with lateral connection of pipelines are used as heating devices of the building heating system. The type of radiator and its dimensions are indicated on floor plans.

The radiators are lined using OVENTROP valves. Air is removed from the heating devices through the built-in Mayevsky valve, from the risers - through automatic air vents on the headers.

The coolant in the building heating system is WATER with the following parameters:

• Maximum temperature, C 70;

• Minimum temperature, C 50;

• Temperature difference, С 40;

• Specific heat capacity, kJ/( kg * С) 4,2;

• Density at temperature 75 С, kg/m ^ 3,975.

The heating system of the building is double-tube, collector. Heat carrier is supplied from heat source via pipeline or risers to horizontal header installed on each floor, from which through pipelines to heating devices.

Risers and piping shall be installed from PEX/Al universal multi-layer pipe (cross-linked polyethylene reinforced with aluminium) of "TeCeflex" company, all butt joints shall have free access to themselves for preventive inspection.

Pipelines from headers to radiators pass under a clean floor along the walls.

Thermal insulation shall be provided for supply and return pipelines of the system, including risers, as well as pipe branches connecting headers and heating instruments.

Pipes = 9 mm are used as insulation material.
